PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
The plate heat exchanger and method for manufacturing a plate heat exchanger comprise a stack of heat transfer plates, with first and second flow channels arranged between the plates. Pairs of heat transfer plates form cells. A cell comprises inner spacing elements arranged between the heat transfer plates leaving open a first inlet opening and a first outlet opening for the one of the fluids. The cell also comprises outer spacing elements welded to the heat transfer plates on the sides of the heat transfer plates facing away from each other. The cells are stacked against each other and joined together by welding via the outer spacing elements. The plate heat exchanger further comprises cover plates for covering sides of the stack of heat transfer plates with interruption for an inlet port section formed by the first inlet openings and an outlet port section formed by the first outlet openings. The two first sides of the cell comprising the first inlet opening or the first outlet opening comprise leakage passageways provided between the heat transfer plates for the one of the fluids, in addition to the passages provided by the first inlet opening and the first outlet opening.
WATER-COOLING TYPE CONDENSER
A water-cooling type condenser having a core part having a refrigerant fluid channel wherein a refrigerant flows and a cooling water fluid channel wherein cooling water flows; a gas-liquid separator disposed spaced apart from one side of the core part; a penetration connector having communication holes passing through both sides thereof, one side thereof being inserted into and coupled to a refrigerant outlet formed on the core part, and the other side being inserted into and coupled to a refrigerant inlet formed on the gas-liquid separator. A non-penetration connector is blocked between both sides thereof. One side is inserted into and coupled to a coupling hole formed on the core part, and the other side is inserted into and coupled to a coupling hole formed on the gas-liquid separator. The gas-liquid separator and the refrigerant fluid channel communicate. The gas-liquid separator is fixed to the core part.
HEAT EXCHANGER COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE PARTICLE FILTER, METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SUCH A HEAT EXCHANGER
The invention concerns a heat exchanger having an exchange body having first passages for the flow of a first fluid and second passages for the flow of a second fluid exchanging heat with the first fluid, a first inlet manifold for introducing the first fluid into the first passages, a first outlet manifold for discharging the first fluid from the first passages). The heat exchanger also includes an inlet filter arranged facing the inlet surface of the exchange body, and/or an outlet filter arranged facing the outlet surface of the exchange body, the inlet filter and/or the outlet filter having a sheet metallic material selected from a metal gauze, a non-woven fabric of metallic fibres, a sintered metallic powder or sintered metallic fibres.
Cooling Plate For Solar Panel and Method For Manufacturing Same
According to one embodiment, a cooling plate for a solar panel for cooling a solar panel comprises: a planar body positioned on the rear surface of a solar panel; and a fluid guide part comprising a plurality of flow paths for guiding a fluid for cooling the solar panel, between inlets formed on one side of the planar body and outlets formed on the other side of the planar body, wherein the surface of the planar body that comes into direct contact with a back sheet of the solar panel may be flat.
MULTIPLE-CHANNEL REFRIGERATED PANEL FOR BLAST FURNACES AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL FURNACES
This present invention is a cooled panel (23) used on the walls of blast furnaces (1) and other industrial furnaces consisting of a body (25) of copper, cast iron or other metal alloy, independent internal cooling channels (24) and protection sleeves (26) attached to the panel body and the pipes (27) that link the couplings to the internal cooling channels (24). The cooled panel (23) features the amount of internal cooling channels (24) greater than the number of coupling sets (31), which are connected to the furnace water system feeding and return (35).
INTEGRATED HYBRID COMPACT FLUID HEAT EXCHANGER
An Integrated Hybrid Compact Fluid Heat Exchanger is disclosed. An example embodiment includes: a micro-channeled plate for a stream of a working fluid, the micro-channeled plate being diffusion bonded or brazed with a cover plate; and a fin assembly brazed, diffusion bonded, or welded to the micro-channeled plate. Other embodiments include a fan or blower coupled to the Integrated Hybrid Compact Fluid Heat Exchanger via air ducting or close coupling.
