A tube plate with passage apertures and a sealing element with passage apertures are provided. The sealing element is disposed between an outer surface of the second region of a tube element and an edge of a rim of the passage aperture of the tube plate. Tube elements are developed as flat tubes with flow channels. Flow channels are separated from one another by an internal structure element. A system and a method for the manufacture of the device are also provided.
BAFFLE ASSEMBLY AND HEAT EXCHANGER WITH EXPANDING BAFFLES
An improved baffle assembly for heat exchanger tubes comprising a shaft and at least one opposing pair of expanding baffles positioned coaxially on the shaft, each expanding baffle comprising a central hub portion and a plurality of extension portions each radiating outward from the hub portion at complementary oblique angles so that the central hub portions of each baffle are spaced apart along the shaft and the distal ends of the extension portions of each baffle are brought into physical contact.
Heat sink for plug-in card, plug-in card including heat sink, and associated manufacturing method
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a heat sink for a plug-in card and a plug-in card including the heat sink. The heat sink comprises a first part secured to a surface of the plug-in card and a second part coupled to the first part and being movable relative to the first part in a first direction, wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the surface of the plug-in card. In this way, when the second part and the first part have a larger overlap in the first direction, the heat sink has a smaller first height and when the second part and the first part have a smaller overlap in the first direction, the heat sink has a greater second height.
