Condenser Cleaning System
A condenser cleaning system comprises of a cleaning unit with a mounting flange which is used to securely place the cleaning unit in between a condenser and a mesh. The mesh is placed on the cleaning unit using a bent edge. The cleaning unit has a cleaner that moves over a plurality of heat exchange fins of the condenser removing debris and the cleaner also moves over the mesh removing debris.
As the cleaner, preferably in a form of a brush roller, moves over the plurality of heat exchange fins, the cleaner displaces debris collected on the plurality of heat exchange fins.
PLATE AND SHELL HEAT EXCHANGING SYSTEM HAVING A DIVIDED MANIFOLD TUBE
A heat exchanging system includes a tank including a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, which encloses (envelopes) a heat exchanger including a manifold tube and one or more one heat exchanging plates, extending from the manifold tube. The manifold tube includes a fluid intake and the fluid outlet, as well as a manifold barrier, which divides the interior of the manifold tube (for example, which is hollow), so as to define within the manifold tube an intake region and an outlet region. The heat exchanging system also has at least one heat exchanging plate extending from the manifold tube, the at least one heat exchanging plate with at least one plate barrier, such that the heat exchanging plate is configured to define a fluid flow path within the heat exchanging plate such that fluid flows from the intake region of the manifold tube.
Coil brush
The present invention provides a coil brush having one or more brush heads with any brush head parallel to any other. The brush heads may have a head base, a bristle slide or guide, and bundles or groups of straight and/or angled bristles, which may be interspersed in different arrangements in a head base of the head brush head, allowing for a variety of brushing planes. The coil brush may further comprise a rear mount handle or a detachable handle that allow the user to adjust the position of the brush to better access and clean coils in hard to reach places. The bristle slide allows the user to control the stiffness of the bundles of bristles by controlling the spreading of the bristles. This invention allows the brushing of coils in heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment at a variety of angles from a variety of coil access points.

A configuration of a heat exchanger according to the present invention includes a heat transfer member (e.g., a fin) that performs heat exchange with air, wherein the heat transfer member (e.g., the fin) includes, in a vicinity of an upstream-side edge in an air traveling direction, a plurality of linear protruding portions that are formed in parallel to the edge.

Fire tube scanner and method of use
Disclosed is a scanner for scanning fire tubes in heater treaters. A scanner may include a curved body. The curved body having an outside of a curve and an inside of a curve. At least one magnet is coupled to the outside of the curve of the curved body. At least one sensor is coupled adjacent the at least one magnet on the outside of the curve of the curved body. A data transmitter is coupled to the at least one sensor. At least one wheel is coupled to an edge of the curved body. A distance measurer is coupled to the curved body. A hook coupler is coupled to the curved body. A method of using the scanner for scanning a fire tube includes placing the scanner in the tube and pushing/pulling the scanner up and down the tube around the entire circumference of the tube.
Fire tube scanner and method of use

Pivoting tube brush
Pivoting brush heads and associated machines in which cleaning of interior tube surfaces occurs by a forward non-cleaning pass of a pivoting brush head through a tube followed by a reverse cleaning pass where the pivoting brush head engages and cleans the interior surface. The pivoting brush head has a first position for the forward pass producing minimum engagement of interior tube surfaces, and a second position for the reverse pass of full cleaning engagement with the interior tube surfaces.
Pivoting tube brush
Pivoting brush heads and associated machines in which cleaning of interior tube surfaces occurs by a forward non-cleaning pass of a pivoting brush head through a tube followed by a reverse cleaning pass where the pivoting brush head engages and cleans the interior surface. The pivoting brush head has a first position for the forward pass producing minimum engagement of interior tube surfaces, and a second position for the reverse pass of full cleaning engagement with the interior tube surfaces.
