ADJUSTABLE RECOIL LUG
A rifle comprising a frame with a barreled action connected to the frame and has a lug. It has a wedge operably connected to the frame and operably engaged to bias against the lug. It has a fastener connected to the wedge and operable to adjust the position of the wedge.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TEXTURING METAL
Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to texturing a metal surface. A method for texturing a metal surface comprises disposing a first ceramic coating onto a first surface on the metal surface, applying a media to the first ceramic coating, disposing a second ceramic coating onto the media, and/or heat treating the metal surface for an end duration.
Firearm bolt carrier
A bolt carrier for a firearm that includes a rolling element so as to provide improved alignment and reduced friction of the bolt carrier with the upper assembly and buffer tube as the bolt carrier executes a reciprocating motion. The bolt carrier includes a body that is generally cylindrical in shape having a first end and a second end. The body of the bolt carrier includes a first slot and a second slot. The first slot includes an upper opening and a lower opening. The second slot is proximate the second end of the body of the bolt carrier. The second slot includes an upper opening and a lower opening providing access to the interior volume of the second slot. A wheel is rotatably mounted within the second slot. The upper edge and lower edge of the wheel extends beyond the top side and bottom side of the body respectively.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE AND RETROFIT KIT FOR A SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE
Semi-automatic rifle including a free floating barrel with a muzzle located at a distal end and an engagement mechanism at a proximal end. The barrel has a length measured from the proximal end to the distal end. A receiver can be configured to couple the engagement mechanism of the barrel and a bolt at least partially rotatably mounted relative to the receiver. A gas cylinder system being coupled to the barrel substantially close to the muzzle and including an operating rod. A trigger assembly coupled to the receiver to receive at least a portion of the operating rod and a bridge coupled to the trigger assembly. A fire control located substantially within the trigger assembly and configured to actuate the bolt so as to eject a cartridge and load a subsequent cartridge from a clip.

Dual ejection port firearm
Firearms with improved systems and methods of controlling which side of the firearm shell casings are ejected from, with ejection port covers on both sides of the firearm that open to provide cross ventilation, or both. In some embodiments, the bolt can be installed in one of two different orientations to select whether shell casings are ejected from the left or the right ejection port without a need to replace any parts. In a number of embodiments, spring loaded ejection port covers on both sides open when the firearm is fired or when the bolt or carrier of the firearm moves to provide cross ventilation through a passageway through the firearm to cool the firearm. The covers can be manually closed by the operator when the weapon is not being fired to keep dirt and debris out of the firearm.

MODULAR BOLT ASSEMBLY WITH FLOATING FIRE PIN
A modular bolt assembly may include a bolt body, a striker assembly, and one or more removable bolt, head having a floating fixing pin, The removable bolt head may have a cartridge engagement surface, a back end that removably mates with a bolt body, and a floating firing pin with a front end that contacts a cartridge primer, and a rear end that receives force from the striker assembly. Bolt heads may be included for different caliber cartridges, allowing the modular bolt assembly to be used with different types of ammunition, the floating firing pin prevents the striker assembly from directly contacting a chambered round without the bolt head, thereby preventing catastrophic failure during use if a boll head is not present and properly positioned.
