Threaded barrel with hidden threads
Firearms having threaded barrels with hidden threads. The barrel has a threaded portion disposed within the slide of the firearm when the firearm is in battery so that the muzzle end of the barrel is aligned with the muzzle end of the slide. The barrel is configured to couple with a barrel attachment, such as a thread protector, such that the coupling portion of the barrel attachment is disposed within the slide of the firearm when the firearm is in battery.
Over barrel muzzle device attachment system
An over barrel muzzle device attachment system including at least some of a gas block nut having a first externally threaded portion and a second externally threaded portion formed at a spaced apart location from the first externally threaded portion; a lock collar having a first internally threaded portion and a second internally threaded portion; a gas block lock ring having an at least partially internally threaded gas block lock ring aperture formed within at least a portion of a gas block lock ring aperture; a muzzle device adapter having a conical taper portion extending from an adapter muzzle end and a threaded portion extending along a portion of the muzzle device adapter, between the adapter muzzle end and an adapter barrel end; and an over barrel muzzle device having an externally threaded portion.
GUN ATTACHMENT
The present disclosure provides systems and techniques for an attachment that can be fastened to a gun. The attachment may include a top surface having a longitudinal axis and an aiming sight that is parallel with the longitudinal axis, a front surface having a latitudinal axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the front surface including a muzzle aperture, a left surface, a right surface, and a fastening system. The fastening system may include a first mounting aperture of the left surface, a second mounting aperture of the right surface, and a locking pin capable of being positioned in the first mounting aperture and in the second mounting aperture such that the locking pin fastens the attachment to the gun. The attachment may be fastened to the gun such that the longitudinal axis is parallel with a longitudinal bore axis of the gun.
Firearm suppressor with gas deflector
Methods and systems are provided for firearm sound suppressors including a gas deflector. In one example, a suppressor comprises a housing, a projectile entrance, a projectile exit, one or more baffles, and a deflector chamber. The deflector extending outward from the housing and the deflector curving around a central axis of the suppressor.
Attenuating blast cone
A blast attenuator for blast overpressure has features that allow for blast attenuation and ease of projectile loading from the muzzle of the weapon system. This combination of physical ease of use and blast reduction allows the system to achieve high levels of performance without making significant concessions to operator safety.

Taper lock interface to barrel-mount firearm accessory
A barrel-mountable accessory to couple to a muzzle end of a firearm barrel, including: a first side having an opening arranged to fit around the muzzle end of the barrel; and a second different side having a taper pin opening; and a taper pin insertable into the taper pin opening of the barrel-mountable accessory, wherein the taper pin includes: a length including a first region arranged to mate with a taper interface provided on the muzzle end of the barrel; the length further including a second region to contact a sidewall that defines the taper pin opening of the second side; and means for driving the taper pin into the taper pin opening, wherein the driving means is located on an end of the taper pin.
FIREARM MUZZLE ATTACHMENT MECHANISM
A firearm muzzle attachment mechanism includes a muzzle device; a tapering adapter having an outer tapering end configured to connect with the muzzle device; a hollow adapter having an internally threaded portion and configured to receive the muzzle device; a muzzle attachment having an inner tapering end configured to connect with the outer tapering end of the tapering adapter; and a means for providing tension being received in a receiving slot formed on the muzzle attachment.
AIRCRAFT GUN-BLAST DIFFUSERS, PLUGS FOR AIRCRAFT GUN-BLAST DIFFUSERS, AND METHODS OF MAKING SUCH PLUGS
A plug for insertion into a blast-tube exit cavity of a gun-blast diffuser comprises a plug front surface, a plug rear surface, a plug side surface that extends between the plug front surface and the plug rear surface, a body, comprising a polyurethane foam, and a substrate, coupled to the body and comprising a conductive nonwoven fabric, impregnated with a polyurethane matrix. The plug front surface of the plug is formed by the substrate. The plug rear surface of the plug is formed by the body. The plug side surface of the plug is formed by the substrate and the body.
QUICK DISCONNECT SYSTEM FOR MUZZLE DEVICES
A quick disconnect system for muzzle devices haying a receiver and a clutch assembly. The receiver has a central bore, outer bearing surface, threaded region, tapered shoulder, collar and a plurality of receiver teeth. The receiver teeth are situated around an inner perimeter of a rear-most edge of a third section of the central bore of the receiver. The clutch assembly includes a locking lug mount, clutch ring, spring, and retainer ring. The locking lug mount has a central bore with a non-threaded portion and a threaded portion. A plurality of locking lugs are situated around an outside perimeter of a central portion of the locking lug mount, and each of the locking lugs is configured to fit between two adjacent receiver teeth. The spring is situated between the clutch ring and the retainer ring.
