Latching loader mechanism with gated feed
11079198 · 2021-08-03 · ·

The latching/locking loader mechanism of the present invention provides a quick-release latch mechanism where a user can unlock and lock the attachment of the loader to the paintball gun quickly and easily without the use of tools. The latching/locking mechanism stays locked or unlocked without further use of tools. A spring-biased gate is provided in the path of the paintballs, namely, in the feed neck of the loader. When the loader is installed on the paintball marker, via a feed collar, deflection posts on the feed collar push the gate out of the paintball path in the feed neck of the loader so that paintballs may freely pass from the storage chamber of the loader and then into the breech of the paintball marker. When not installed on a feed collar, the gate blocks the path of paintballs.

NON-LETHAL GAS OPERATED GUN

A pre-pack assembly for use with an air gun that fires non-lethal projectiles and for use with a magazine that is removably insertable into the air gun, the pre-pack assembly includes a pre-pack that contains non-lethal projectiles, where inserting the pre-pack into a chamber of the magazine positions the non-lethal projectiles in a feeder that individually feeds non-lethal projectiles into the air gun when the magazine is inserted into the air gun.

Airguns are provided. In one aspect, a shuttle having a breech bushing therein is moved between a cocking position where a projectile is loaded into a breach bushing channel and a firing position where the breech bushing channel is located between a port from which compressed air flows firing and a barrel opening into which the compressed air advances the projectile. The barrel has a barrel guide surface at the back barrel face, wherein the breech bushing has a shaped surface facing the barrel and wherein the breech bushing shaped surface and the barrel guide surface are configured to interact as the barrel is moved from the cocked position to the firing position to urge the breach insert to move within the shuttle passageway in a manner that reduces the extent of any misalignment between the breech bushing channel and the opening.

Spitball gun for use with paper ammunition

Described is a spitball gun that is operable for collecting, wetting, and projecting paper ammunitions. The spitball gun includes a paper advancing chamber having an opening for receiving paper ammunition and an advancing mechanism for advancing paper through the paper advancing chamber to a loading chamber. A water tank is also connected with the loading chamber. A sliding handle is used to cause paper to be pulled through the paper advancing mechanism while water is released onto the paper from the water tank. A paper cutter is used to cut the paper and load the paper into the loading chamber. Finally, air from an attached air tank is used to expel a wetted paper wad from the loading chamber and through the barrel of the spitball gun.

The invention relates to small arms. A training attachment comprises a housing having an element for fastening to a combat or dummy firearm, a barrel for a projectile, spring-loaded elements for feeding, ramming and storing a projectile, and gas channels. Lightweight elements, for example airsoft or paintball pellets, are used as the projectile. A shot is fired using standard blank cartridges. The technical result is the firing of a projectile from a combat or dummy weapon with negligible energy during tactical drills with assessment of aim and hit accuracy.
