Methods, systems and apparatus for sling and trap capture and rapid deployment
This disclosure extends to systems, apparatus, and methods for the rapid deployment of a sling or strap on a rifle, firearm, tool, or implement from a storage mode to a deployment mode in a reliable and repeatable manner, while minimizing snagging, binding or tangling during storage or transport. In one exemplary system in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure, a capture device may include a single closed loop interface adjacent to an open interface. A first strap may be looped through the closed interface and secured therein. Another portion of the sling system, such as a loop of strap or webbing may be secured by tensioning in the open interface to tightly secure the system against the rifle or tool in a secured position. By slightly loosening the loop, the secured portion can exit the open interface rapidly as the sling is deployed.

Gun Lock
A gun lock system for securing a portion of a firearm for safety and theft-deterence. wherein: the gun lock system comprises a tongue, a lock shell, and a release assembly. The lock shell comprises a width, a height, a depth, a front side, a back side, a top side, a first side, a second side and a bottom end. The lock shell further comprises a tongue slot configured to selectively receive a portion of the tongue. The tongue comprises a tongue width and a tongue depth. The tongue slot comprises a slot width and a slot depth. The tongue comprises a first end and a second end.
Geolocation-reporting weapon-tracking device
Provided is a method that includes determining a device geolocation based on a satellite signal received by a weapon-tracking device and receiving a sensor reading using a sensor attached to the weapon-tracking device, wherein the sensor is sensitive to a use of the weapon. The instructions include determining that a change in the sensor reading satisfies a change threshold and, in response to a determination that the change threshold is satisfied, transmitting device state data to a wireless signal receiver via a wireless signal, wherein the device state data comprises a device identifier and the device geolocation. The instructions further include storing the device identifier and the device geolocation in a data server in communication with the wireless signal receiver and transmitting a message based on the device identifier and device geolocation to a client from the data server.
Bipod with sling stud mount
An interface for coupling a bipod to a sling stud of a firearm forend. The interface can include two pawls that pivot to release or grasp the sling stud. The pawls can be biased upward via a detent that rides within a vertical aperture in a pivot holder. The pivot holder can move up and down within a vertical aperture in a mounting plate of the interface, and via this movement the pawls may be forced open or closed. A bottom surface of one or both pawls can include an irregular surface different portions of which interface with a top of the detent depending on a vertical position of the pivot holder within the aperture in the mounting plate.

MOVEMENT-FREE QUICK DETACH LATCH
Movement-free quick detach latches. The latches include a monolithic body, a button, a spring, and ball-bearings configured to reduce or eliminate movement when attaching or removing the latch from a rifle, eliminate moving parts that may fail in use, remove the interfacing of a bail with the button, and lower the profile of the latch with the rifle.

Handgun brace
A brace for stabilizing a handheld device such as a handgun against a user's forearm includes a vertically elongated body adapted to detachably engage a portion of the handheld device, and an arm pivotably connected to a portion of the body. The pivotable arm is selectably moveable between a stowed position wherein the arm is vertically aligned with the body, and a deployed position wherein the arm provides a surface against which a user's forearm is removably receivable to stabilize the handheld device when the body is engaged with the handheld device.
