Tension Memory System for Wearable Equipment
A tension memory system that provides a mechanism allowing a user to set an appropriate amount of tension in wearable equipment on an initial wear cycle and then hold that setting through multiple wear cycles. The tension memory system allows for faster, more repeatable fit to enhance wearer safety and comfort. The tension memory system may also include additional functional features, such as storage or an integrated holster. The system is low-profile and may help to extend the life of wearable equipment such as armor carriers, ballistic vests, and other safety equipment.
HIGH BUOYANCY COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Ballistic resistant composite materials having high positive buoyancy in water are provided. More particularly, provided are foam-free, buoyant composite materials fabricated using dry processing techniques. The materials comprise fibrous plies that are partially coated with a particulate binder that is thermopressed to transform a portion of the binder into raised, discontinuous patches bonded to fiber/tape surfaces, while another portion of the particulate binder remains on the fibers/tapes as unmelted particles. The presence of the unmelted binder particles maintains empty spaces within the composite to materials which increases the positive buoyancy of the composites in water.

BODY ARMOR PANEL FOR USE WITH PERSONAL PROTECTIVE VEST AND SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING SAME
A personal protective vest assembly is described herein. The personal protective vest assembly includes a personal protective vest and a body armor panel positioned within the personal protective vest. The body armor panel includes a ballistic material panel assembly that includes a plurality of layered material segments defined between a strike face and a wear face. Each of the layered material segments includes a different ballistic material.
Bomb disposal suit with back protector and back protector for same
A bomb disposal suit includes a jacket, trousers, and a back protector connected between the jacket and the trousers. The back protector includes a body of impact resistant material having a plenum with an intake opening to receive forced air and with outlet openings to direct forced air out of the plenum. A fan forces air into the intake opening. The back protector can transmit load vertically from the jacket to the trousers, for example, via a back plate.

Cooling and hydrating containers and methods of use
Bladders/containers designed to hold a meaningful amount of material (in any state: solid, liquid or gas) to conductively absorb heat from the human body. In addition, the material may be consumed by the user wearing the bladder/container, thus providing a source of hydration for the user. The bladders/containers would also enhance impact and/or ballistic protection of the user.

BODY LIMB PROTECTION SYSTEM
A body limb protection system includes an outer layer, an inner layer, and a force dampening and defusing structure. The outer layer includes a first material composition and has an exterior surface that includes a substantially planer area. The inner layer includes a second material composition and has a shape corresponding to a body limb portion. The force dampening and defusing structure is positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer. The force dampening and defusing structure has a shape corresponding to a difference between the shapes of the inner and outer layers. The force dampening and defusing structure includes a plurality of components arranged to reduce pressure on the body limb portion when a force is applied to the substantially planer area.
