Methods and Apparatus for a Conducted Electrical Weapon
A conducted electrical weapon (“CEW”) launches wire-tethered electrodes from multiple cartridges to provide a current through a human or animal target to impede locomotion of the target. The CEW may detect when the electrodes launched from the cartridges may provide the current through more than one target. The CEW may detect when electrodes launched from the cartridges may provide the current through the same target. The CEW may set the pulse rate of the current based on detecting the launch of electrodes from more than one cartridge, detecting that electrodes may provide the current through two or more targets, and/or detecting that two or more pairs of electrodes may deliver the current through the same target.
WEAPONIZED DEFENSIVE AX TOOL
A tool. A firearm, a blade and an ancillary device are disposed within or on the tool. The firearm comprises a barrel through which a bullet passes to exit the firearm, a firing pin moveable to a firing position by operation of a firing pin control, a firing pin lock retaining the firing pin in the firing position when in the locked position, a biasing member for applying a force to the firing pin with the firing pin restrained against the force by the locked position of the firing pin lock. A trigger releases the firing pin lock from the locked position, such that the force causes the firing pin to strike the charge proximate the bullet. The bullet then exits the barrel.

WEARABLE MULTI-SENSORY PERSONAL SAFETY AND TRACKING DEVICE
The present invention is a wearable, multi-sensory, personal safety and tracking device which predicts danger by sensing changes in voice, pulse, emotions, impact, motion of the wearer and the device state. In emergency situations, the device triggers SOS, alarm, electro shock, pepper spray and starts capturing images and audio recording for the safety of the wearer. For keeping a track of the wearer, the device connects to the internet using GPRS and sends the images clicked, the sound recorded and the GPS and GSM coordinates to the rescue team for gaining help for the wearer if needed. In the present invention, various technologies are integrated into one single wearable device thereby eliminating the need for purchasing and carrying multiple devices like pulse monitor, motion monitor, phone, camera, GPS module, self-defense tools, etc. thus saving money and providing comfort to the user.

EMERGENCY PERSONAL PROTECTION SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH MOBILE DEVICES
A mobile device includes a camera unit, a location unit, a transmitting unit, a self-defense mechanism, and a panic button. The camera unit location unit obtains at least one of image data and audio data, and the location unit obtains location data. The transmitting unit transmits at least one of the image data, the audio data, the location data, and specific information including owner identification information. The panic button is adapted to activate the camera, the location unit, the transmitting unit, and the self-defense mechanism.

Distance combat means for non-lethal exposure of the human or animal body to irritant
A distance combat means for non-lethal exposure of the human or animal body to an irritant is provided. The distance combat means comprises a housing (2,4) containing at least an irritant (5), a propellant (3), and moreover at least a medical adhesive (7), namely a cyanoacrylate preparation, polyvinylpyrrolidone or cellulose nitrate. The irritant may be 2-chlorobenzylidene malonic acid dinitrile (CS), ω-chloroacetophenone (CN) or capsaicin (CPS).

Attack countermeasure device and method
A device and method for countering, i.e., disrupting an attack by a dangerous assailant, particularly in a public space such as a classroom. A pressurized spray canister contains oleoresin capsicum (OC), a.k.a. pepper spray, in a gel formulation, and the canister is adapted for spraying a jet of the OC gel that is concentrated in the area of a person's head located up to 25 feet away from a user. To prevent misuse, the canister is securely stored in a box having a door with a latch for resisting non-emergency access to the canister stored in the box. A gel formulation has been selected for properties, in addition to its powerful pepper (OC) effects, that enhance defense including opaque, sticky, high density coverage, and brightly colored long lasting stains.
