Football training device
A football training device including a vest having a breast plate. A deformable corrective member having an elongate tubular-shaped shape, a proximal end and a distal end, is attached to breast plate and extends outwardly substantially perpendicular to the breast plate of the vest. The tubular-shaped member is positioned on the breast plate on a side of the breast plate that relates to the throwing hand of a user and is positioned at a height on the breast plate that alerts a user of a low football takeaway from a neutral position to a loaded football ball position. A restraining device is removably attached to the vest. The restraining device is positioned on a side of the vest that relates to the non-throwing hand of the user to urge the non-throwing hand of the user to remain close to the breast plate during a throwing motion of the throwing hand.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING ATHLETIC SWINGING MOTION
Various embodiments for a swing training system are described that include a resistance garment with air resistance components for providing resistance to, or to control and guide, a biomechanical swinging motion. A shoulder harness system includes an athlete attachment area and at least one coupling member having a first end configured to couple to a swing device attachment and a second end configured to couple to the athlete attachment area, where the shoulder harness system is configured to maintain, or monitor, a location of the swing device and detach from shoulder harness system in response to a predefined amount of force being exerted by an athlete during a swinging motion of the bat while training.
BASKETBALL TRAINING AID
A basketball training aid has a harness removably secured to a body of a player. A bumper is retained at a predetermined position in proximity to the body of the player and represents an obstacle to the player, either to the player's field of view or the movement of the player. In this manner, the bumper provides the player with simulated practice of a basketball skill. The bumper is supported by an elongate attachment, which has a first end connected to the bumper and a second end connected to the harness and configured to support the bumper at the predetermined position in proximity to the body of the player.
Golf swing training aid rod and method for golf swing and arm control training
The present invention relates to a golf swing training aid rod for teaching a golfer the proper golf swing and arm control for execution a golf stroke. In particular, the golf swing training aid rod includes an elongated shaft having a reference tip located at a first end of the elongated shaft and an attachment member located at a second end of the elongated shaft, and an axilla support member having an axilla side, an inner bicep side, and an attachment receiving member, the attachment receiving member is coupled to the attachment member of the elongated shaft, the axilla support member is configured to be inserted and held in place between an inner bicep and an axilla member of the golfer, and the golf swing training aid rod provides the visual and tactile feedback to the golfer while executing the golf stroke.
TABLE TENNIS TRAINING APPARATUS
A table tennis body mounted training apparatus and method of use thereof, for guiding and improving the forehand, backhand and other strokes of a table tennis player by forcing the hand travel in the correct trajectory to strike the ball. The apparatus includes a waist and a chest belt, or a wide belt, to position a vertical rigid rod support to which the training guide is mounted. The training guide comprises of one or two plates that can be adjusted in 6 degrees of freedom via a specially designed universal joint. There are two universal joints between the guide plate and the vertical rod support strapped to the player's torso. The position, orientation and the angle of the guide plate or plates can be adjusted by the player via the two universal joints as required. The torso mounted table tennis training apparatus improves significantly the paddle stroke trajectory by guiding the hand such that the ball is returned to the opposing player bouncing off the table.
Exercise devices
An exercise device includes spaced-apart exercise members engageable by appendages of an exerciser and moveable in opposed directions, a body support member for supporting an exerciser and a platform below the body support member. A synchronizing drive system connects the exercise members with the body support member for moving the body support member in opposite directions relative to the platform by movement of the exercise members in opposite directions, respectively.
Batting glove and cushioning apparatus
A batting glove (10) has a cover member (12) defining a central opening and a plurality of finger elements (20) including a forefinger element (24) and a thumb element (22). The batting glove (10) has a web member (14) generally positioned between the finger element (20) and the thumb element (22). The web member (14) minimizes force against a thenar region of a wearer's hand from a bat in response to hitting a ball with the bat.
SWING MECHANICS SHOULDER HARNESS SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Various embodiments for a swing training system are described that include a shoulder harness system having a wrist attachment and at least one coupling member having a first end configured to couple to the wrist attachment and a second end configured to couple to one of a shoulder portion of a chest portion of the shoulder harness system, where the shoulder harness system is configured to maintain a chest-to-arm position of an operator and detach from one of the shoulder portion or the chest portion of the shoulder harness system in response to a predefined amount of force being exerted by the operator during a swing motion using a swinging device; and at least one of: a light system and a stride training system.
Basketball shooting training device
A basketball shooting training device includes a main frame, a first vertical rail structure having vertical and oblique rails, a first sliding base, and a first basketball imitation member. The first vertical rail structure is disposed on the main frame. The first sliding base is slidably disposed on the first vertical rail structure for sliding along the first vertical rail structure. The first basketball imitation member is connected to the first sliding base. When the first basketball imitation member is propped and then propelled upwardly by a user's hand, the first sliding base slides from a first initial position on the vertical rail to a shooting position on the oblique rail for guiding the user's hand to complete a set shot along the first vertical rail structure.
UPPER AND LOWER LIMB WALKING REHABILITATION DEVICE
An upper and lower limbs walking rehabilitation device of the present invention includes a foot stepping part, and comprises: a lower frame part; a lower limb link unit provided between the foot stepping part and the lower frame part and providing a walking trajectory to the foot stepping part; an upper frame part detachably provided at the upper end of the lower frame part by means of a detachment part; an upper limb link unit provided at the upper frame part and implementing the movement of upper limbs; and an upper linking part for linking the upper limb link unit and the lower limb link unit.
