An apparatus for improving basketball defensive player skills includes a plurality of belts, wherein each belt is to be worn by each of five players. Each belt comprises a band, an adjustable fastener proximate one longitudinal end of the band, and connecting links disposed on the band between the one longitudinal end and another longitudinal end. The apparatus includes a plurality of elastic cords, each elastic cord being connectable between each of the connecting links on the belt worn by each player and one of the connecting links on each of two adjacent players. When connected, the elastic cords and belts form a single perimeter closed pattern.

Systems and methods for basketball shot training and an apparatus therefore are disclosed. In one embodiment, the providing a basketball shot training apparatus includes a first arm extending from a web, a second arm extending from the web, a cavity defined by the first and second arm and the web, a first-arm band disposed on and surrounding a portion of the first arm, and a second-arm band disposed on and surrounding a portion of the second arm.

An athletic training device for selectively and removably urging a user's limbs together is provided. The device includes two arm/leg cuffs, each having a flexible band with securing means for removably securing the band to a user's limb. Extending from each band is a spacer component having a sidewall and a top wall. Located on or within the top wall is a magnet. The magnets in each cuff are configured with opposing polarity so that the top walls of each cuff are urged together when placed in close proximity to one another. The device can be used by securing each cuff around a user's arms/legs. When the user places his/her arms/legs in close proximity to one another, the magnets urge the cuffs in an attached arrangement and the user can only separate his/her arms/legs by intentionally applying a separating force sufficient to overcome the force of the magnets.

A training apparatus to maintain straight arm formation for volleyball player includes an arm sleeve, a pair of elongated support sleeves, a pair of rods, a wrist fastener strap, and a bicep fastener strap. The pair of elongated support sleeves is connected along the arm sleeve so that the pair of rods can be removably inserted into the arm sleeve. When the arm sleeve is worn by the volleyball players, the pair of rods extends from the wrist area to the bicep area over the elbow of the players. Resultantly, the pair of rods prevents the player from bending their arms during game play. The wrist fastener strap and bicep fastener strap that wraps around the arm sleeve and the pair of rods provide additional securing support to maintain the placement of the arm sleeve around the player's arm, during the game play.

An apparatus for golf training includes a wrist strap and a ring which are shaped and sized to be worn by a user. A cable extends between the wrist strap and the ring, and certain movements thereof are configured to provide an indication of improper swing form using an audible stimulus

A golf hip-turn training device according to the present disclosure includes: an anchor section including a body having a band shape, a first ring coupled at a second side of the body, and a fixer that is formed at a first side of the body and configured to be coupled to a fixed object; a resistance load section including an elastic member that has a rope shape, and one or more second rings that are coupled to ends of the elastic member and fastened to the first ring; and a strap section having a loop band shape and including a third ring coupled at a first side of the strap section to hold the elastic member and to enable the elastic member to pivot around the third ring, wherein a second side is formed to wrap around a hip and a portion of a femoral region of a user.

The training aid device includes a spherical body that attaches to the body (arms, legs, hips, feet) with an adjustable cloth loop. By maintaining requisite pressure and/or proper device orientation, the golf swing shall be improved.
