Swimming Exercising System and Method of Use
The present invention relates to a swimming and aquatic exercise system and a method of use thereof. The exercise system includes a modified vest that has a ring rotatably affixed to a back portion of the vest. The vest has adjustable straps and a waist belt to secure the vest around a swimmer. A rope is removably attached to the ring using a cord hook wherein the opposite end of the rope is fastened to an anchor or any other fixed point around a pool. In use, the vest is worn by a swimmer to enable the swimmer to perform a full body aquatic workout while the fastened rope prevents the swimmer from advancing forward, and therefore enables the swimmer to swim and perform water exercises in place without getting in the way of other users of the pool.
EXERCISE DEVICES FOR MUSCLE ISOLATION
Methods and devices for isolating muscle groups during exercise are provided. According to an aspect of the invention, a device includes a first strap that has a first loop shape, a second strap that has a second closed loop shape defining a fixed opening, and a third strap that has a third closed loop shape. A first portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the second strap, a second portion of the first strap is arranged to be movable within the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape, the second portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the third strap, and a first adjustable opening within the first loop shape is configured to be adjusted by changing a relative position of the second portion of the first strap and the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape.
ARM ACCESSORY AND METHOD OF USE
An arm accessory and method of use is provided that, in some embodiments, provides for an adjustable arm band compression configured for use on an arm, wherein the adjustable arm band compression has at least one hook and loop attachment element, and wherein the present invention further comprises an approximately wedge shaped element, the wedge shaped element also having at least one hook and loop attachment element. In an embodiment of the method, a user may connect the wedge to the and throw a ball, wherein the shape and placement of the wedge prevents the user's arm from traveling at certain angles relative to the user's shoulder. In some embodiments, the present invention may provide for a band instead of or in combination with the arm band.
Putting training device and method of providing swing posture coaching information using the same
A putting training device includes a fixing hub including a shaft retainer combined with a putter shaft; a first rotary support and a second rotary support coupled to the block part at both sides of the putter shaft, respectively; a first support bar having an upper end supposed to be held in an underarm of a user and the other end rotatably coupled to the first rotary support; a second support bar having an upper end supposed to be held in the underarm of the user and the other end rotatably coupled to the second rotary support; and an angle adjuster coupled to the first support bar and the second support bar over the first rotary support and the second rotary support to be able to adjust an angle between the first support bar and the second support bar.
EXOSKELETON ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR GOLF-SWING TRAINING AND MEDICAL REHABILITATION
A robotic training device, system and method duplicates and guides a golfer through a perfect golf swing in several modes. The exoskeleton-like robotis device, and system utilizes a training method that employs a combination of either pneumatic, electrics or Bowden cables with small motors and actuators, which embraces the golfer so he/she can experience the “feel” and body movements that make a perfect golf swing and learn to perform the motion without the training device. Similarly, the robot training device, system may assist patients in rehabilitation from injuries, stroke, chronic illness or other conditions involving muscular atrophy.
WEARABLE DEVICE USING FLEXIBLE NON-POWERED VARIABLE IMPEDANCE MECHANISM
The present invention relates to a wearable device using a flexible non-powered variable impedance mechanism, wherein the device can induce a user to have a correct posture during a squat exercise or lifting work, and can assist the user's muscular strength. According to the present invention, an angle between a (1-1)th lower string and a (1-2)th lower string and an angle between a (2-1)th lower string and a (2-2)th lower string change according to a knee angle depending on the user's posture, whereby an impedance mechanism that the user feels through the body changes.
Running form training device
A running form training device for training a runner to properly position and move their arms includes a harness, a pair of bands, and a pair of cuffs. The harness can be donned by a user so that the harness is removably engaged to a torso of the user. The bands are resiliently stretchable. Each band is engaged to the harness so that the band extends from proximate to a front of a respective shoulder of the user. Each cuff is engaged to a first end of a respective band and is removably engageable to a respective wrist of the user. The bands draw the arms of the user toward the harness, thereby restricting movement and positioning of the arms to promote proper running form.
WEARABLE BASKETBALL SHOT TRAINER
Provided is a basketball training device comprising a blocking module secured to a retaining element, in which the blocking module and the retaining element are configured such that the blocking module extends from the chest of a wearer and is adapted to impede the wearer from moving a basketball ball into a defensive hand zone of the wearer.
TABLE TENNIS TRAINING APPARATUS
A training apparatus and method of use for guiding and improving the forehand, backhand and other strokes of a table tennis player by forcing the hand travel in the correct trajectory to strike the ball. The apparatus includes a waist and a chest belt, or a wide belt, to position a vertical rigid rod support to which the training guide is mounted. The training apparatus includes a plate that can be adjusted via a universal joint. There are two universal joints between the plate and the vertical rod support strapped to the player's torso. The position, orientation and the angle of the plate can be adjusted by the player via the two universal joints as required. The training apparatus improves the paddle stroke trajectory by guiding the hand such that the ball is returned to the opposing player bouncing off the table.
GOLF SWING TRAINING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a golf swing training device comprising right and left elbow supports with attachment means and a back/posture support having waist side attachment means. An elastic band removably connects the right elbow support to the left elbow support. The waist band of the back/posture support contains left and right side attachment means for removably connecting the waist to the left and/or right elbow supports.
