The present invention provides an improved target system for use by target shooters. The target system includes any target that is solid enough to transfer a portion of the impact to the frame supporting the target. An impact sensor that is independent from the target is attached to the frame supporting the target. When the target is hit by a bullet, the impact causes the impact sensor to light an indicator light to indicate that the target was hit. In some embodiments, the indicator light is housed in a housing that includes an adjustable lens to focus the light and concentrate its direction toward the shooter. In other embodiments, a remote indicator light is utilized and the impact sensor sends a radio signal to the indicator light to cause it light up when the target is impacted.

A system, method, and console for interactive gaming including an anti-blinding target game is disclosed. The system includes a console, a LIDAR system, and a server all of which are communicatively coupled via a network. The console is configured to project gameplay visuals while continuously using the LIDAR system to monitor the gameplay environment. Upon the LIDAR system detecting a significant modification to the gameplay environment, the console initiates an anti-blinding mode resulting in black light being emitted from the console in order to prevent impacting the eye health of users.

A method performed on a computer system, for displaying video replay during a game of darts, comprising continually acquiring throughout the game, a video image of an oche from where a player throws darts towards a dartboard, detecting that a dart has been thrown by a player from the oche and is stationary on the dartboard, determining a trigger event based on the throw of the dart, automatically determining based on the trigger event whether to display a portion of the acquired video image captured between a first predetermined time before said detection and a second predetermined time after said detection, such that the portion of the acquired video image corresponds to the detected throw and displaying on a display the portion of the acquired video image.

A competitive game for use with bottle caps for entertainment. The bottle cap game comprises of a bottle cap shooting gun and a wall mounted game board. The wall mountable game board includes a plurality of apertures having differing diameters. Players utilizes the bottle cap shooting gun to remove a bottle cap from a bottle and shoot the cap at the apertures in the game board. A digital counter integrated into the game board displays points each time a bottle cap is shot through one of the apertures on the game board and updates the score. A target shooting system is described. The system can include at least one target signal/sensor assembly, the target signal/sensor assembly including an active target signal, an active target signal actuator, at least one hit sensor, and a target signal/sensor transceiver. The system can also include a round counter configured to be attached to a weapon and to sense firing of a projectile from the weapon, the round counter including a projectile firing sensor, a round counter processor and a round counter transceiver. The system can further include a computing device configured to communicate with the at least one target signal/sensor assembly and the round counter.

A target shooting system is described. The system can include at least one target signal/sensor assembly, the target signal/sensor assembly including an active target signal, an active target signal actuator, at least one hit sensor, and a target signal/sensor transceiver. The system can also include a round counter configured to be attached to a weapon and to sense firing of a projectile from the weapon, the round counter including a projectile firing sensor, a round counter processor and a round counter transceiver. An assembly-type physical dart target includes assembly plates, engagement strips, and a frame.
