Multipurpose shooting platform target and stand
09746291 · 2017-08-29 · ·

A multipurpose shooting platform target and stand devised for use in training with large caliber, high, and hyper velocity weaponry includes a target plate dependable from a frame member by hooked engagement between a cylindrical member and a rearward mount. The rearward mount is disposed upon a reverse surface of the target plate. Engagement with the cylindrical member of the frame member effects orientation of the target plate under the influence of gravity to rest at an acute angle relative an underlying surface. Impact of ballistics against an obverse surface of the target plate effects movement of a lowermost edge of the target plate rearwards, and impacted rounds are readily deflected in controlled trajectories downwards towards the underlying surface without danger of ricochet in unpredictable patterns. Swing of the target plate signals impact of the obverse surface to a shooter.

Portable target game with collecting unit
09739576 · 2017-08-22 ·

A portable target game that can be set up and played anywhere. The game consists of moving targets within a concave backstop, the moving targets being attached to flexible rods such that hits on target fall into the base of the concave backstop. The game is meant to be played with existing, lightweight projectiles such as NERF guns and plastic balls. The concave backstop is foldable such that the game can be folded up with all of the projectiles inside, and disassembled for convenient storage.

RIGID FIREARM TARGET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
20170227336 · 2017-08-10 · ·

A firearm target includes a rigid paperboard substrate. A first ink layer is printed on the substrate. A second ink layer is printed on the first ink layer. The second ink layer at least partially defines a target image. The first and second ink layers are structured such that an impact from a firearm projectile through each of the first and second ink layers produces a first opening in the first ink layer and a second opening in the second ink layer. The second opening is larger than the first opening.

TARGET LABEL ASSEMBLY
20220268557 · 2022-08-25 ·

An improved target label for shooting that includes at least one toner layer defining an image of a target, superimposed over a colored substrate having a color different from the toner layer, and an ink layer underlying the toner layer. When a projectile strikes and penetrates the target, the ink and toner layer displaces and scatters over an area surrounding the point of penetration, exposing the underlying colored substrate layer. The scattering of toner particles visually resembles gun powder and visually simulates damage over an area wider than the point of penetration by the projectile.
