Apparatus for extracting power from fluid flow
An apparatus for extracting power includes a track and an airfoil coupled to the track. The track includes first and second elongate sections, where the first elongate section is positioned above the second elongate section. The airfoil includes a suction surface lying between a pressure surface and the track, and is moveable in opposite directions when alternately coupled to the first elongate section and second elongate section.
METHOD FOR PERFORMING EXO-ATMOSPHERIC MISSILE'S INTERCEPTION TRIAL
An inflatable dummy target comprising a chassis of inflatable ducts wrapped with a sheet. The chassis of inflatable ducts can include one or more ring shaped ducts and one or more elongate ducts. The chassis can include at least two ring shaped ducts interconnected by one or more elongate ducts. The dummy target can include several attached axi-symmetrical sections, each section have a chassis of inflatable ducts. Each section can be conical, frustoconical or cylindrical, thereby achieving a concave or convex dummy target geometry.

Drone-target hunting/shooting system
In a target-shooting simulation system, a master control unit issues flight control instructions to a flight-capable drone to cause the drone to fly along a predetermined flight path and receives GPS coordinates transmitted by a control unit of the drone as the drone flies along the predetermined flight path. The master control unit additionally obtains GPS coordinates, orientation and motion information with respect to a replica firearm, detects actuation of a trigger of the replica firearm and, in response to detecting actuation of the trigger, determines, based on the GPS coordinates of the drone and the GPS coordinates, orientation and motion information with respect to the replica firearm, whether a trajectory of a theoretical shot fired by the replica firearm at time of the trigger actuation will intercept the drone as it flies along the predetermined flight path.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR POINTING LOGIC IN AIRCRAFT
Methods and apparatus for pointing logic in aircraft are disclosed. A disclosed example apparatus to aim an aiming device carried by an aircraft includes at least one memory, machine readable instructions, and processor circuitry. The processor is to at least one of instantiate or execute the machine readable instructions to determine a position of a target, determine an orientation of the aircraft, determine aiming points based on the orientation and a movement range of the aiming device, and determine a movement of at least one of the aircraft or the aiming device based on the aiming points and the position to orient the aiming device toward the target.
Air disc target
A collapsible, packable, and throwable aerial target of a disc-like shape, the aerial target comprising a circular body and an outer ring around periphery of the circular body, wherein the outer ring is in the form of a hollow tubular annulus that is divided into a plurality of sections, and each of the plurality of sections houses a plurality of pellets. The pellets are thoroughly filled in the outer ring sections to provide weight to the aerial target, but not overfilled to prevent flexibility, such that the aerial target can be folded and packed.

Open Field Game Arrangement Comprising Responsive Targets
An open field game arrangement comprising a playing field including one or more unmanned vehicles that serve as ground or air targets, one or more display projectors that generate holographic targets, and a control system that determines whether a particular target was struck and generates one or more responses, such as a sound effect, a smoke effect, a scoring event, or other preprogrammed responses to a particular event.

Toy copter ring launcher with axially stacked ring magazine and improved copter ring
A toy launcher that can launch the flying rings over 100 feet with a more stable trajectory and more accurate trajectory based on the ring and blade configuration. The toy launcher includes a magazine assembly in which a plurality of the flying rings can be loaded in an axial direction, aligned with a launch direction. The rings are rotated up to speed and launched via movement of a sliding handle in a first direction, and the next ring in the magazine is advanced to the launch position by a return movement of the handle.
