Programmable system and method for a munition
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a programmable system for a munition, comprising: an electroacoustic transducer, arranged to receive an acoustic signal comprising data, and convert that signal into an electrical signal comprising data; a processor, arranged to receive and process the electrical signal comprising data, and to use that data in programming of the programmable system.
Rocket structure
A rocket which can be propelled spirally from a rifling-free launcher tube without backblast includes a warhead, a rocket body, and a rocket motor including: an outer casing whose bottom has inclined propulsion-gas outlet holes; a first supporting member coupled to the outer casing; a first bullet on the first supporting member; a connecting member with first and second connecting portions, the first connecting portion connected to the first bullet; an inner casing in the outer casing; a second supporting member coupled to the inner casing and the second connecting portion and having a shielding portion; a metal plate in the second supporting member, with a through hole shielded by the shielding portion; an elastic member on the metal plate; a second bullet on the second supporting member, abutting against the elastic member; and a plastic cover covering the second bullet to form a gunpowder chamber in the inner casing.
Very Low-Power Actuation Devices
A munition including: a casing having a first portion and the second portion; and an actuator comprising two or more pistons, each of the pistons being connected at a first end to the first portion of the casing and engaged at a second end to the second portion of the casing, each of the pistons being capable of having an extended and retracted position relative to the first and second ends, the retracted position resulting from an activation of each of the two or more pistons; wherein activation of one or more of the two or more pistons moves the first portion relative to the second portion.

AEROSPIKE ROCKET MOTOR ASSEMBLY
A motor assembly is provided for use with projectiles, such as munitions, having relatively low length to diameter ratios. The motor assembly has an aerospike nozzle and a casing disposed about the aerospike nozzle, where interior aerospike volume contains propellant and where walls of both the cowl of the casing and of the aerospike nozzle jointly define a combustion chamber.
Customizable projectile designed to tumble
Projectiles and methods of making and using same are disclosed herein. A projectile comprises a first portion having a first cylindrical portion having a first flat end surface, a first section extending from the first cylindrical portion at a first acute angle, a second section extending from the first section at a second acute angle, and a tip section extending from the second section and terminating in a pointed tip. The projectile includes a second portion having a second cylindrical portion having a second flat end surface and a trailing portion having a generally frustoconical shape. The trailing portion tapers towards a trailing end of the projectile. A post couples the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion. The post is in contact with each of the first flat end surface and the second flat end surface.

TRACKABLE AMMUNITION
Disclosed are ammunition and ammunition tracking systems. The ammunition and ammunition tracking system may include a first projectile and a marker. The marker may be associated with the first projectile. The marker may contain a unique signature such that the first projectile may be identifiable from a second projectile.
