A method and apparatus for storing and loading ammunition cartridges are disclosed. An ammunition apparatus may comprise a bay that is substantially cylindrically shaped, an access channel, a slide restraint, and a saddle. The access channel may be a cross sectional cutout in the bay. The slide restraint may comprise five fins shaped to track the contour of the tapered end of a cartridge. The saddle may be disposed on the outside of the bay, opposite the access channel, and may be shaped to complement the contour of a cartridge. An ammunition tray may comprise multiple ammunition apparatuses secured together. :A user may load a cartridge from an ammunition tray into a magazine by using an ammunition apparatus saddle to partially displace an already loaded cartridge and then using his or her thumb to slide a cartridge from the ammunition tray into the magazine.

The top of the spring is captured within a space formed at the top of the platform, and the bottom of the spring is guided with a spring guide. The retention element and contact portion may be operable to eject the light stick occupying the light stick feeding position in response to movement of the actuator from the rest position to the actuated position.

A Pack & Load ammunition packaging and loading device, containing thirty round, with a coupling mechanism for directly and mechanically loading ammunition rounds into standard rifle and pistol magazines. The device has a cup to engage the magazine and a pusher mechanism to quickly force the ammunition into the magazine as it mechanically feeds the round from the sleeve of the device made of a clam shell set of side rails coupled with a hinge on one side and interlocking teeth on the other. Filament brushes in the cup retain the ammunition and the device has a removable tab and slot to enable partial fills from the device. It eliminates the manual feed and quickly places the rounds into a standard magazine ready for use.

The width of each longitudinal slot is dimensioned to receive an edge of a second cartridge magazine in order to push a respective row of cartridges from the cartridge package into the first cartridge magazine.

An ammunition bucket may be provided for preparation of ammunition for toy blasters having greater ease of use with less mess. The bucket may be collapsible having sides that collapse in an accordion style, and the bucket may include a carrying handle. The lid may be sealed and resistant to splashing and leakage. A lower recessed port area may be provided at the lowest portion of the bucket body. This port may be a three-way drain and strain port. The lower recessed port area may include a dispensing valve with a primary control notch and a flap that provides rate control for the valve. The dispensing valve also may include a secondary control notch that limits an opening of the dispensing valve to prevent ammunition from leaving the bucket.
