SWIMMING TRAINING APPARATUS
Disclosed is an swimming training apparatus, comprising a drive mechanism driven with electricity and a pumping execution mechanism, said drive mechanism and said pumping execution mechanism disposed separately and spaced apart, and connected by a connection pipeline or a transmission mechanism. The separation of the drive mechanism and the pumping execution mechanism ensures the separation of water and power in the swimming training apparatus and thus ensures the safe use of the swimming training apparatus.
METHOD OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OF A PATIENT UNDER TOTAL SUBMERGENCE IN WATER COMPLETELY SURROUNDING AND AFFECTING THE PATIENT'S ORGANISM
The invention relates to a medical use of water exerting a hydrostatic pressure higher than 1.1 bar, completely surrounding and affecting a patient's organism under total submergence, for use in prophylaxis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and therapy of disorders, defects and injuries of skeletal system, arthroskeletal system, musculoskeletal system and other body systems such as circulatory system, nervous system, immune system, as well as pain conditions, such as migraine, myalgia and neuralgia, skin diseases, fertility disorders, potency dysfunctions, as well as overweight, obesity and defects of posture. According to the invention the hydrostatic pressure of water is preferably higher than 1.2 bar, and the patient is human being. The invention is of a particular importance in rehabilitation and therapy that follows after aesthetic medicine treatment, after surgeries, after physical injuries of motor system. The solution according to the invention is advantageously used in combination with procedures of classic hydrotherapy, manual therapy, kinesitherapy or combination thereof. It is of a particular benefit to provide air, mixture of gases of a composition different to the composition of air, mixtures of air and oxygen or pure oxygen for breathing (hyperbaric oxygen therapy HBO/HBOT), while the water may be supplemented with various additives appropriate for the kind of an ailment treated, such as mineral, gaseous, herbal, antiinflammatory, antimicrobial including antibacterial additives.
Swim spa with plenum arrangement at head end
A method of operating a swimming pool with a circulating water flow. The method including the steps of discharging a jet of water and splitting the flow of water. The discharging step including the discharging of a jet of water from an outlet at a head end of the swimming pool into a swimming compartment, whereby the jet of water flows in a primary flow path toward a foot end of the swimming compartment. The splitting step including the splitting of the flow of water to define two circuitous flow paths, each said flow path having a return flow path flowing within said swimming compartment in a direction generally opposite to said primary flow path back toward said head end.
SWIM IN PLACE POOL/SPA
A swim in place system and method are provided. The system comprises a swim in place pool, at least one sensor, at least one pump associated with said at least one sensor, at least one processor, and a memory comprising instructions which when executed by the at least one processor configure the at least one processor to perform the method. The method comprises receiving object location data from at least one sensor, and actuating the at least one pump associated with the at least one sensor when the object is positioned inside a set perimeter within said swim in place pool. The object positioned in a swim in place pool.
Carry type wave-making apparatus for surfing and a surfing training equipment with the same
[Problem to be solved] To provide a wave making apparatus for surfing that can make a so-called tubular curling wave suitable for surfing and in which a breaking portion and about to break portion are arrayed in a line. [Solution] The wave making apparatus comprises: a water carrying bucket 110 opened at the front, including a bottom plate and a side surface plate, and capable of holding water in a portion of an inner space thereof; a supporting structure 120 that supports the water carrying bucket 110; and a transmission apparatus 130 that moves the water carrying bucket 110 forward at a predetermined speed. The water carrying bucket 100 supported by submerging the water carrying bucket 110 under waterline of the pool such that the front of the water carrying bucket 110 faces the play area of the pool. The transmission apparatus 130 moves the water carrying bucket 110 forward along a track extending forward the play area with the water carrying bucket 100 kept below the waterline. The water held in the water carrying bucket 100 is carried forward and launched, and thereby an isolation traveling wave suitable for surfing is formed.
Exercise Pool with Circulating Flow
A Exercise Pool is disclosed herein having a rigid frame modular in design to allow for improved delivery and assembling. As shown the system may be configured with a box like structure providing containment of the flow head and may be configured with a removable walk deck having an air gap built in. As disclosed the treadmill swimming pool system as its general configuration is safer for users as it inhibits and/or eliminates hair and body entrapment. As disclosed it has a balanced flow which better replicates or reproduces actual swimming conditions for an enhanced user experience. The propulsion system may be controlled with a variable frequency drive (VFD) to allow for improved swimming conditions and control of same.

Swimming system current generator
A current generator for a swimming system may include multiple entrainment pumps that discharge a flow of water into a pool. The entrainment pumps may each have a nozzle, a venturi and an entrainment inlet. In use, the flow of water from the nozzle into the venturi causes water at the entrainment inlet to flow into the venturi along with water from the nozzle. Each entrainment pump is arranged such that the fluid that flows out of the venturi passage is directed within a main passage, and the flow from multiple venturis may be combined and may be directed at least partially against the force of gravity before that fluid is directed out of the main passage outlet and into the pool. In at least some implementations, the fluid flows for at least one foot between the venturi and the main passage outlet.
SWIM SPA
An improved swim spa is described which has a tank having a head end and a foot end filled with water. A forward current is created by pumping equipment which directs the forward current from a head end of the tank, past a swimmer in the water to a foot end of the tank. This allows the swimmer to swim in place. The width of the forward current is chosen to be at least twice its depth. A diverter is positioned at the foot end of the tank. The diverter has a curved surface for redirecting the forward current toward the sidewalls and then back toward the head wall in a horizontal plane and downward and back toward the head wall in a vertical plane. In various embodiments, the diverter may only employ curved surfaces to turn the forward current to the sidewalls and then back to the head end. It also may only have curved surfaces to divert the forward current downward, then toward the head end. In another embodiment, the diverter may employ curved surfaces to divert the forward current both sideways and downward then to the head end simultaneously to result in a more efficient design.
NOZZLE SHAPES AND CONFIGURATIONS FOR WATER ATTRACTIONS INVOLVING A FLOWING BODY OF WATER
Nozzle orifice shapes and configurations associated with regulating and directing a flowing body of water over a water attraction riding surface for performing board-riding maneuvers is described. The nozzle orifice shapes and configurations according to the present invention includes shapes and configurations allowing for a flow of water over a ride surface which may include complex shapes which do not lend themselves to use with existing nozzle technologies. The present invention also includes nozzle arrays which may be made up of two or more nozzles arranged substantially adjacent or within close proximity to one another to create beneficial flow characteristics for performing board riding maneuvers on a complexly shaped riding surface.
