The present invention relates to an aquatic strengthening device which comprises of a rigid or semi rigid elongated board and at each end a floating device is attached. The elongated board is sufficiently strong to permit an individual to stand on it. The floating devices have enough buoyancy that allows for the elongated board to float up to a desired altitude. There are openings next to where the floating devices are so an individual can hold the elongated board with his hands. The floating devices are attached in such a way that the perpendicular distance to the rigid elongated board can be changed so an individual can obtain the buoyancy needed.

A swim training device includes: (a) a platform having a top side and a bottom side, and extending longitudinally from a leading edge to a trailing edge and extending laterally from a left edge to a right edge; and (b) a recess in the bottom side of the platform for providing a finger gripping region to assist with holding the platform when a swimmer's hands wrap the leading edge of the platform; (c) a chamber within the platform configured to be filled with air, water, or a combination of air and water to adjust a buoyancy of the swim training device; and (d) at least one port through the platform for accessing the chamber to adjust the buoyancy of the swim training device.

A buoyant pool float for floating in water is disclosed. In one embodiment, the buoyant pool float includes a body having a four-piece construction including an upper flotation member and a lower flotation member having a sidewall and bulkhead interposed therebetween. The upper flotation member is generally flat and sized to accommodate a human in a semi-reclining or reclining position, for example. Further, the upper flotation member is superposed above the lower flotation member, which is sized to correspond to a front end of the upper flotation member. The sidewall is positioned about the exterior of the body and the bulkhead within the interior of the body such that two sealed air holds are provided within the buoyant pool float. The two sealed air holds contribute to stability and buoyancy.

A buoyant pool float for floating in water is disclosed. In one embodiment, the buoyant pool float includes a body having a four-piece construction including an upper flotation member and a lower flotation member having a sidewall and bulkhead interposed therebetween. The upper flotation member is generally flat and sized to accommodate a human in a semi-reclining or reclining position, for example. Further, the upper flotation member is superposed above the lower flotation member, which is sized to correspond to a front end of the upper flotation member. The sidewall is positioned about the exterior of the body and the bulkhead within the interior of the body such that two sealed air holds are provided within the buoyant pool float. The two sealed air holds contribute to stability and buoyancy.

Provided is a swimming assistance apparatus, which is worn on a user's both feet to provide the user with buoyancy, such that the user can float on water and swim in a good swimming style while repeatedly moving the waist from side to side like a fish, thereby reinforcing the user's waist muscles. Persons who have knee joint arthralgia or backache or persons who have disability in the lower body can use the swimming assistance apparatus for medical purposes, such as pain relief or treatment.

The bilateral kicking board includes a body formed of a buoyant material and comprises first and second sides facing each other and extending in a lengthwise direction and third and fourth sides facing each other and extending in a widthwise direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction. The first and second sides have a same length in the lengthwise direction, and the third and fourth sides have a same width in the widthwise direction. The length of the first and second sides being longer than the width of the third and fourth sides. A plurality of fasteners are provided on a surface of the body. The plurality of fasteners is sequentially arranged along the lengthwise direction, and each of the fasteners is configured to fasten a different respective part of a swimmer's hand to the bilateral kicking board.

The bilateral kicking board includes a body formed of a buoyant material and comprises first and second sides facing each other and extending in a lengthwise direction and third and fourth sides facing each other and extending in a widthwise direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction. The first and second sides have a same length in the lengthwise direction, and the third and fourth sides have a same width in the widthwise direction. The length of the first and second sides being longer than the width of the third and fourth sides. A plurality of fasteners are provided on a surface of the body. The plurality of fasteners is sequentially arranged along the lengthwise direction, and each of the fasteners is configured to fasten a different respective part of a swimmer's hand to the bilateral kicking board.

A breathing aid attachment for swimming includes at least one first part for fixing the device to the head of a swimmer and a second part including a first substantially planar surface defined between a first edge and a second edge, the edges extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the transverse plane of the human body.
