ELECTRONIC TIME DELAY FUSE
A system and a method of providing a reliable and consistent time delay in an oil and gas exploration/recovery device inserted in a bore hole is presented. The reliability and consistency of the time delay is a result of the use of electronic circuitry in determining the length of time delay. The system and method presented provide a time delay unit that is modular/commoditized, facilitating quick and easy integration of each component of the time delay unit in the field. Further, assembly and disassembly of the time delay unit is easily accomplished in the field and may be designed to operate with standard percussion and detonation elements.

Explosive smoke grenade
In order to obtain an explosive smoke grenade, which can be fired from a portable anti-tank weapon, in particular a recoilless infantry weapon, and permits an enemy position or a vehicle to be fogged as quickly as possible, so that the enemy has only a very limited radius of action, a explosive smoke grenade is provided with a time fuse that can be programmed such that the burst charge detonates in the direct vicinity of the enemy position but before the grenade has reached the ground, and releases the smoke-generating active material. In addition, the pyrotechnic active substance arranged between the burst charge and the grenade casing is formed of a plurality of film strips, which are coated with a red-phosphorus-containing incendiary composition (flares). For this purpose, the dimensions of the flares are selected such that they generate a visibility barrier in both the visible and the infrared wavelength regions.

Non-Lethal Projectile Construction and Launcher
A nonlethal projectile includes a debilitating material for immobilizing a target. The projectile is capable of self-separating or otherwise opening after launch by a launcher to release the debilitating material prior to impact with a target. The launcher is capable of initiating separation of the projectile. Opening may also be accomplished by a control circuit with a radio-frequency identification (RFID), where an RFID tag in the projectile causes the projectile to open at a user-specified distance from the launcher or by the force of launch on the projectile. A magazine may holds a plurality of projectiles and the various projectiles of the magazine may be configured to open at different distances and/or times after launch. The launcher may include a trigger and/or a safety switch to prevent the projectile from becoming armed until a certain parameter is met. The debilitating material may also be released through pores in the projectile.

SAFETY IGNITION DEVICE FOR HIGH ALTITUDE DUAL PULSE MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates a safety ignition device for a high altitude dual pulse motor according to the present invention, and can prevent accidental ignition of an ignition device or a propulsion engine while efficiently using a space by installing the safety ignition device in front of a combustion pipe, increase the reliability of ignition, and maintain the air tightness of the inside of the propulsion engine and the ignition device even in a high altitude environment.
Safety and Arming Unit for a Munition
A safety and arming device for a munition is operable to arm and initiate a munition dependent on determining separation from a munition platform, determining detection of free fall of the device for a first time period following separation, initiating a roll manoeuvre of the munition and determining detection of the execution of the roll manoeuvre within a second time period, and generating a munition firing signal, dependent on detection of all of separation, free fall, and the roll manoeuvre.

Detonator
A detonator for use in a detonating system, which detonator includes discriminating and validating arrangements which sense and validate at least one characteristic of at least one parameter produced by at least one of a light, acoustic, vibratory, magnetic or electrical signal event, and an electronic timer which executes a timing interval in response thereto.
