APPARATUS FOR RETAINING A BICYCLE
A bike balance trainer apparatus for training a rider to balance on a single wheel of a bicycle and including a mount for a service stand and an attachment to allow it to act as a bike stand or storage apparatus is provided. The apparatus may have a base support member and a tire retention member movably connected to the base support member about a first pivot.
VIRTUAL ROAD SURFACE IMPLEMENTATION-TYPE BICYCLE SIMULATOR
Provided is a virtual road surface implementation-type bicycle simulator. The virtual road surface implementation-type bicycle simulator according to the present disclosure includes a rear wheel support portion that supports a rear wheel of a mounted bicycle and rotates together with rotation of the rear wheel; and a road surface implementation portion including a plurality of uneven portions that perform a protrusion operation at various heights on an outer peripheral surface of the rear wheel support portion in contact with the rear wheel, thereby providing a rider riding the bicycle with various road surface states which are virtually set.
MOVABLY SUPPORTED EXERCISE DEVICE
An item of exercise equipment with a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The exercise equipment may be a cycle mounted to a base. A roller and track arrangement may be provided between the cycle and base, to provide movement of the cycle in the axial direction and in a tilt direction relative to the base. The roller and track arrangement may be one or more curved roller and track engagement surfaces that extend in the axial direction and provide a gravity bias of the platform toward an axial neutral position. The cycle and base include a tilt biasing arrangement for biasing the cycle toward a tilt neutral position relative to the base.
COLLAPSIBLE BICYCLE TRAINER SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A frame used for mounting a bicycle eliminates bending loads typically observed in U-shaped frames, where an axial load is forced on the rear axle of a bicycle wheel. The frame uses the rear axle of the bicycle as a structural member to change the loading such that bending is eliminated. This reduces the requirements for the material strength of the frame. An axle interconnect system facilitates quick adjustment and mounting of the rear axle to the frame, and may use an existing skewer of the bicycle wheel. A resistance unit may be attached to the frame, or affixed to a joint in the frame, to facilitate use with a stationary trainer. Flexible frame members may be used to permit a rocking motion of the wheel when used for stationary training, or to allow for use on unlevel ground when training outdoors or for warmup before a race.
BICYCLE TRAINER PERMITTING STEERING AND TILTING MOTION
A bicycle trainer, including a base, permitting fore and aft movement and a frame, supported by the base. Also, a seat and a handlebar assembly and a pedaling assembly is supported by the frame. The handlebar assembly is rotatably engaged to the frame, and is supported by a tongue, that is hinged to the base so as to permit horizontal rotation, and the handlebar assembly is attached to the tongue at a position removed from the hinge. Turning the handlebars causes the frame to move laterally.
Steering assembly for a mounted bicycle
A steering assembly for a mounted bicycle is disclosed herein. The steering assembly includes a support base and at least one omnidirectional roller assembly extending from a bottom surface thereof. The at least one omnidirectional roller assembly is operatively disposed in direct contact with a ground surface and is structured to facilitate movement of the support base along the ground surface in a plurality of different arcuate and linear paths to accommodate varying trail measurements of a bicycle. The varying trail measurements of the bicycle are defined by varying angles of the bicycle relative to the ground surface during operative use of the steering assembly.
Head mounted virtual reality object synchronized physical training system
A head mounted virtual reality object synchronized physical training system includes a virtual reality device, a physical training equipment, and a physiological signal sensor. The virtual reality device includes a display operable to display a virtual reality object according to an operation of the user. The virtual reality device is detachably mounted to a head of the user and provides the user with a function of interaction. The physical training equipment includes an exercise data sensor operable to detect exercise data that the user operates the physical training equipment. The physiological signal sensor is operable to detect a human body physiological signal and a human body movement signal of the user. The physical training equipment and the physiological signal sensor have a function of synchronization with the virtual reality object displayed on the virtual reality device.
Movable support for exercise equipment
An exercise arrangement includes a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The support may be a platform movably mounted to a base. A roller and track arrangement may be provided between the platform and the base, to provide movement of the platform in the axial direction relative to the base as well as an axially neutral position of the platform relative to the base. The roller and track arrangement may be in the form of one or more curved roller and track engagement surfaces that extend in the axial direction and that provide a gravity bias of the platform toward the neutral position. The roller and track arrangement may provide tilting movement of the movable platform about the tilt axis. A tilt biasing arrangement biases the platform toward a neutral tilt position relative to the base.
Bicycle rack assembly
A bicycle rack assembly includes a first upright unit that is selectively positioned on a support surface. The first upright unit has an upper end and the upper end receives a rear axle of a first bicycle. In this way a rear wheel of the first bicycle is spaced from the support surface to spin freely when the first bicycle is mounted and pedaled. A second upright unit is slidably coupled to the first upright unit and the second upright unit is selectively positioned on the support surface. The second upright unit has a top end and the top end receives a rear axle of a second bicycle. In that way a rear wheel of the second bicycle is spaced from the support surface to spin freely when the second bicycle is mounted and pedaled.
