Bicycle trainer
A bicycle trainer includes a support for supporting a bicycle having a frame and a rear wheel attached to a rear axle, the support biasing the bicycle into an upright orientation, and a roller for engaging with the rear wheel of the bicycle, wherein, when the bicycle is supported by the support, the roller is adapted to provide resistance against turning the rear wheel and the rear axle of the bicycle is not connected to the support.
BIKE TRAINER
A bike trainer includes a base seat unit including an axle member, a swing member including a main body, a first wing portion, and a second wing portion, a shock absorber unit including a first elastic member, and a second elastic member, and an accessory structure connected to the axle member and adapted to provide resistance to an exercise of a user. When the accessory structure swings the axle member rotates and the swing member swings between a left-leaning position and a right-leaning position. When the swing member is in the left-leaning position, the first wing portion compresses the first elastic member to generate a biasing force acting on the swing member in the clockwise direction. When the swing member is in the right-leaning position, the second wing portion compresses the second elastic member to generate a biasing force acting on the swing member in the anti-clockwise direction.
Self-compensating tire compression trainer
A self-compensating tire compression device is provided for use with a trainer. The device attaches to a frame, such as a bicycle, that holds the axis of a driving wheel fixed. The device has a pivoting portion that presses a driven portion of a resistance device against the driving wheel. The pivoting point of the pivoting portion is located on the trainer to provide a static contact pressure between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and when the driving wheel begins to rotate and the resistance device begins to resist the rotation, the contact pressure between the driving wheel and the driven wheel increases to prevent slippage between the two wheels.
EXERCISE BIKE
An exercise bike comprising: a base; a frame having a head tube; and a steering stem mounted in the head tube, and operable to be rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the stem by a user, wherein a lower part of the frame is pivotally mounted to the base to allow rotation of the frame, relative to the base, about a substantially horizontal axis, wherein a first resilient mounting is provided between the frame and the base, and a second resilient mounting is provided between the steering stem and the base, the first and second resilient mountings, together, configured to bias the frame towards a substantially upright position relative to the base, the second resilient mounting further configured to urge the stem substantially into rotational alignment with a predetermined point on the base.
BIKE SIMULATOR
Disclosed is a bike simulator including: a base frame; a slope frame rotatably connected to the base frame so as to apply a tilting back and forth to a seated bike; a roll frame fixing a frame of the bike seated on the slope frame and rotatably connected to the slope frame so as to apply a horizontal slope to the bike; and a rear wheel support provided in the slope frame, supporting a rear wheel of the seated bike, and including a load generating unit configured to control rotary force transferred to the rear wheel. In the bike simulator according to the present invention, a bike which an actual user possesses can be fixed and applied, and as a result, the user can feel an extreme realistic traveling sense.
Movably supported exercise device
An item of exercise equipment with a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The exercise equipment may be a cycle mounted to a base. A roller and track arrangement may be provided between the cycle and base, to provide movement of the cycle in the axial direction and in a tilt direction relative to the base. The roller and track arrangement may be one or more curved roller and track engagement surfaces that extend in the axial direction and provide a gravity bias of the platform toward an axial neutral position. The cycle and base include a tilt biasing arrangement for biasing the cycle toward a tilt neutral position relative to the base.
Bicycle trainer with height adjusting member
A bicycle trainer includes a base having a base portion and a standing portion, a supporting frame rotationally pivoted on the standing portion of the base around an axle, a cassette module mounted on the supporting frame and having multiple sprockets, and a flywheel module mounted on the supporting frame. A height adjusting member includes the standing portion, the supporting frame and a fixing element. The fixing element is placed in or between the standing portion and the supporting frame for keeping the supporting frame at a predetermined angle with respect to the standing portion.
Cycling Training Device
The present invention relates to a cycling training device intended to support a bicycle equipped with a front part and a rear part on front and rear articulated supports respectively, which are incorporated into a frame, said articulated supports allowing the swinging movements of the bicycle in at least one longitudinal and/or transverse plane with respect to the frame.
CYCLING TRAINING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED STORAGE
A cycling training device includes a support assembly configured to the cycling training device on a surface. The support assembly includes a support hub, a primary support leg coupled to and supported by the support hub, and a drawer translatable between a closed state in which the drawer is contained within the primary support leg and an open state in which the drawer extends at least partially from the primary support leg, thereby permitting access to the drawer.
Single-sprocket system for a bicycle trainer
A single-sprocket system for integration into a bicycle trainer, the system including a sprocket having teeth about a perimeter of the sprocket, a first planar side, and a second planar side, wherein the teeth of the sprocket are configured to engage a chain of a bicycle mounted to the bicycle trainer. The system further includes a first chain guide adjacent the first planar side of the sprocket, wherein the first chain guide is configured to re-engage the teeth of the sprocket with the chain when the chain has become disengaged from the teeth of the sprocket towards the first planar side, and a second chain guide adjacent the second planar side of the sprocket, wherein the second chain guide is configured to re-engage the teeth of the sprocket with the chain when the chain has become disengaged from the teeth of the sprocket towards the second planar side.
