Determining work performed on a treadmill
A treadmill system includes a deck, an endless tread belt covering at least a portion of the deck, and a motion transducer positioned to detect movement of the tread belt. The treadmill system also includes a processor and memory where the memory includes instructions executable by the processor to receive an output of the motion transducer, determine an exercise type performed on the tread belt, and calculate an amount of work performed by a user on the tread belt based on the output of the motion transducer and the determined type of exercise.
Light-weight portable bicycle rollers
A bicycle rollers device (110), having a frame (112, 114, 116) that includes a rear mounting assembly (112) for two rear rollers; a front mounting assembly for a front roller (114); support elements (140, 141, 142, 144, 145) for supporting the frame above a surface, upon which the support elements are set to rest; and a central bridge (116) connecting the front mounting assembly to the rear mounting gear. Also, two rear rollers are mounted in the rear mounting assembly and a front roller is mounted in the front mounting assembly and defines a roller width. Finally, the central bridge is more narrow than the roller width, thereby permitting a bicycle rider to mount and dismount a bicycle set on the rollers without encountering the central bridge.
BICYCLE EXERCISE APPARATUS
Disclosed is a bicycle exercise apparatus. A bicycle exercise apparatus includes: a main frame on which a bicycle is positioned; a front support unit which is provided at one side of the main frame and on which a front wheel of the bicycle is rotatably seated; a rear support unit which includes a rotation support unit that has a central portion rotatably coupled to the other side of the main frame such that the rotation support unit maintains a horizontal state while rotating together with the main frame, and one or more rear rollers that are provided on the rotation support unit and rotated together with a rear wheel when the bicycle travels; and a rotation unit which supports the main frame and is rotatably coupled to a central portion of the main frame so as to adjust an inclination angle of the main frame.
Bicycle trainer
A bicycle trainer includes a base frame including a first pivot connection part, a damper unit mounted at the base frame, a support frame including a locating portion and a second pivot connection part, which is pivotally connected to the first pivot connection part of the base frame for enabling the support frame to be biased relative to the base frame in direction away from or toward the damper unit such that when the support frame is held in an inclined position relative to the base frame, the locating portion and the damper unit can hold a wheel of a bicycle in place, and a non-return unit mounted at the base frame or support frame and adapted to prohibit the support frame from being biased in direction away from the base frame. The invention enables the support frame to be constrained by the non-return unit.
Bicycle trainer
A bicycle trainer includes a support for supporting a bicycle having a frame and a rear wheel attached to a rear axle, the support biasing the bicycle into an upright orientation, and a roller for engaging with the rear wheel of the bicycle, wherein, when the bicycle is supported by the support, the roller is adapted to provide resistance against turning the rear wheel and the rear axle of the bicycle is not connected to the support.
BICYCLE TRAINER
To provide a bicycle trainer with which a wheel is less likely to come off even during low-speed running. A bicycle trainer 100 includes a pair of front wheel rollers 10 and 12 to support a front wheel of a bicycle, a pair of rear wheel rollers 20 and 22 to support a rear wheel of the bicycle, and a belt 66 to transmit a rotation of the rear wheel roller 20 to the front wheel rollers 10 and 12. The front wheel rollers 10 and 12 support the front wheel of the bicycle such that a trail when the front wheel of the bicycle is put on the front wheel rollers 10 and 12 becomes equivalent to a trail when the bicycle actually runs on a road surface. The bicycle trainer 100 further includes front wheel roller adjusters 14 and 16 and rear wheel roller adjusters 24 and 26. The front wheel roller adjusters 14 and 16 adjust postures of the front wheel rollers 10 and 12 such that contact positions where the front wheel of the bicycle contacts the front wheel rollers 10 and 12 become constant. The rear wheel roller adjusters 24 and 26 adjust positions of the rear wheel rollers 20 and 22 according to a driving power or a fictitious force of the bicycle.
Hydraulic damping device with adjustable resistance and a riding platform
Disclosed is a hydraulic damping device level riding platform with adjustable resistance, which comprises a frame body, a shaft mechanism, a flywheel and a hydraulic damping mechanism, the shaft mechanism is arranged on the frame body, one end of the shaft mechanism is connected with the hydraulic damping mechanism and another end of the shaft mechanism is connected with the flywheel. The hydraulic damping mechanism comprises: a cavity; a rotating disc provided with blades, the rotating disc is arranged in the cavity; and a liquid level height adjusting mechanism movably connected inside the cavity to control a liquid level height in the cavity. The liquid level height of the liquid in the cavity is controlled through the liquid level height adjustment mechanism, so as to realize the control of the resistance of the rotating disc to the liquid.
Bicycle trainer
A bicycle trainer includes an electric treadmill, a controller, and a sensing unit. The electric treadmill includes an endless conveyor belt on which a user may ride a bicycle. The controller is used to control a running speed of the endless conveyor belt. The sensing unit includes a swinging member and a sensor electrically connected with the controller for sensing a swing of the swinging member and sending a corresponding signal in responsive to the swing. The swinging member is disposed across the electric treadmill and swingable back and forth relative to the electric treadmill, such that the swinging member is pushable by a bicycle wheel to swing. The controller adjusts the running speed of the endless conveyor belt based on the corresponding signal. As such, the endless conveyor belt can match the instant riding speed of the user, thereby providing good riding training and experience.
