The method further comprises transmitting a performance data of the first user from the first training terminal to a second training terminal of a second user at a second remote location, for a second user to view. The performance data of the first user is detected via a corresponding sensing module and received therefrom. The method can provide remote users with the required antagonistic sports classes at any time at any position, so that they may get professional guidance from instructors.
