A boxing practice device is provided, including: a support body, including a first support rod, a second support rod which is lateral to the first support rod and a base, the first support rod swingably positioned on the base, the second support rod movably positioned on the first support rod, the second support rod extending along a first rotation axis; a boxing mechanism, including a first boxing member and at least one second boxing member, the first boxing member being rotatably attached to the second support rod and rotatable about the first rotation axis, the at least one second boxing member being detachably assembled to the second support rod.

A striking apparatus for all fighting art forms such as boxing to improve a user's fighting skills. The striking apparatus includes a timing ball having a link disposed thereon; an elongated adjustable rope; a swivel mounted to a swivel plate, the swivel plate being mounted to a backboard; the backboard being optionally attached to a frame; the link disposed on the timing ball being attached to the elongated adjustable rope, the rope being attached to the swivel; and the timing ball configured to be struck by the knuckles of a user's fist. Another embodiment of the invention includes a punching apparatus station for all fighting art forms which generally includes the same configuration as the striking apparatus referenced-above. Importantly, the striking apparatus advantageously is a cross between a speed bag, a double end bag, and a maze ball but is beneficially more effective than all three.

A training device comprising a flexible rod capable of being mounted at an upper end to an upper structure, such as a ceiling, and at a lower end to a lower structure, such as a floor, and a punching bag mounted to the flexible rod. In the sandbag of the present disclosure, a bracket, a sandbag body provided on the bracket, a display screen provided on an outer surface of the sandbag body, a hitting detector provided on the outer surface of the sandbag body, a processor and a network module are provided, wherein the processor is electrically connected with the hitting detector, the display screen, and the network module respectively; the processor can detect hitting data of the user through the hitting detector, and acquire the network data through the network module, and control displaying of the display screen according to the hitting data and/or the network data, thus, the contents displayed are enriched, and the user experience is improved.

The present disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method for providing live and/or archived antagonistic sports classes to remote users. The method comprises providing, by means of a processor, a first user interface associated with a first training terminal of a first user at a first remote location and displaying live and/or archived antagonistic sports classes on the first user interface, so that the first user selects classes therefrom; receiving a selection from the first user at the first remote location and sending the content of the selected class to the first training terminal accordingly. The method further comprises transmitting a performance data of the first user from the first training terminal to a second training terminal of a second user at a second remote location, for a second user to view. The performance data of the first user is detected via a corresponding sensing module and received therefrom. The method can provide remote users with the required antagonistic sports classes at any time at any position, so that they may get professional guidance from instructors.

An improved exercise assembly structured to be struck by a user includes a base supporting a shaft on a supporting surface. A support shaft extends outwardly from the supporting surface. At least one target is connected to the support shaft and extends outwardly. The at least one target is connected to a breakaway mechanism, which is connected to a rotational fitting, which connects to the support shaft. The target is able to be struck and rotate around the shaft via the rotational fitting. Upon a misdirected striking (force) inflicting on the target, the breakaway mechanism mitigates forces away from the shaft and rotational fitting in order to reduce total stress on the assembly.
