Gas turbine engine maintenance stand
A gas turbine engine maintenance stand for a gas turbine engine that comprises modules including an engine core module that houses a high pressure compressor and a turbine module that houses a low pressure turbine. The gas turbine engine maintenance stand has a pair of base beams, each base beam having a first end, a midsection and a second end. The stand has an engine core module support that straddles the pair of base beams at their midsection, the engine core module support having engine core module support arms that are configured to engage opposing sides of the engine core module of the gas turbine engine. The stand also has a turbine module support that straddles the pair of beams adjacent their second ends, the turbine module support having turbine module support arms that are configured to engage opposing sides of the turbine module of the gas turbine engine. The gas turbine engine maintenance stand is useful for disassembling and reassembling modules of a gas turbine engine in order to maintain the gas turbine engine for safety and performance purposes.
Method of manufacturing a bladed stator element for a turbomachine and tool for carrying it out
Methods of manufacturing a bladed stator element for a turbomachine include mounting a tool on a circumferential zone of an annular shell prior to welding vanes in the circumferential zone, welding radially outer ends of the vanes to the annular shell, dismantling the tool after welding the vanes in the circumferential zone, and repeatedly mounting and dismounting the tool on different circumferential zones of the annular shell so as to fix the vanes all around the annular shell.
Adapter plate for an air purifier for use in vehicles
An air purifier with mount for a vehicle, wherein the air purifier consists of a fan in a portable housing, which has at least one air intake region for sucking air into the housing and at least one air discharge region for blowing the air out of the housing, wherein a cleaned discharge air flow flows out into the passenger compartment, wherein the mount consists of an adapter plate that can be detachably fixed in different positions in the interior of the motor vehicle, and wherein the air purifier is rotatably mounted in the adapter plate.
Method and trolley for handling a rectifier
The invention relates to a method for handling a rectifier of a turbojet of an aircraft, the rectifier having an axis defining the asymmetry thereof, said method comprising a step of placing the rectifier on the rollers of a supporting structure, the structure and the rollers thereof being arranged such that the axis of the rectifier is inclined at a non-null acute angle in relation to the horizontal, and a step of controlling, maintaining, assembling, handling, storing, deburring and/or cleaning the rectifier, during which the rectifier is pivoted about the axis thereof. The invention also relates to a trolley for handling a rectifier for an axial turbojet, said trolley comprising at least two of the lower rollers that have axes inclined in relation to the horizontal of said angle and at least one upper roller, the axis of which is inclined in relation to the vertical of said angle.
DEPOLLUTED TURBOMACHINE TEST BENCH
A depolluted test bench (I) for a turbomachine includes a channeled air duct with an air inlet and an air outlet to allow a flow of air between the air inlet and the air outlet. The channeled air duct includes a test chamber) for testing a turbomachine, the test chamber being located between the air inlet and the air outlet. A depolluting system is positioned in the air duct to depollute an air flow generated at least in part by a test of said turbomachine in the test bench. Control means control the depolluting system to allow the depolluting system to be switched on or off when a test of the turbomachine is started or stopped.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TARGETED REPAIR OF MICRO-NANO DAMAGE OF INNER RING OF AEROENGINE BEARING BY VIRTUE OF ELECTRIC-MAGNETIC COMPOSITE FIELD
A device for targeted repair of micro-nano damage of an inner ring of an aeroengine bearing by an electric-magnetic composite field includes a driving device, an ultrasonic shot peening device, a pulsed current generator and a magnet yoke-coil device. The driving device includes a motor and a rotating shaft. The motor drives the rotating shaft to drive a bearing inner ring to synchronously rotate. The ultrasonic shot peening device includes an ultrasonic shot peening cavity, an ultrasonic probe and steel balls, the ultrasonic probe extends into the cavity from an opening in a lower end of the cavity, and the steel balls are placed on the ultrasonic probe. An opening in an upper end of the cavity is placed below the bearing inner ring. The pulsed current generator generates pulsed current on the bearing inner ring. The magnet yoke-coil device can excite a magnetic field around the bearing inner ring.
Attachment device
An attachment device attaches a plurality of attachment target members to an attachment portion formed in a circumferential direction of a rotating main body portion. A first measurement unit measures a physical amount concerning a perimeter of the attachment portion. An attachment unit attaches, to the attachment portion, the plurality of attachment target members selected based on the physical amount concerning the perimeter measured by the first measurement unit. A second measurement unit measures a physical amount concerning a gap between the adjacent attachment target members to be attached by the attachment unit.
Turbine bearing maintenance apparatus and method
Various embodiments include methods for performing maintenance on a gas turbine bearing area. In some cases, a method includes: separating sections of an inlet bellmouth of the gas turbine without removing the sections of the inlet bellmouth from the gas turbine; removing a housing from over a bearing of the gas turbine; mounting a bearing maintenance apparatus adjacent the inlet bellmouth and the bearing; and performing maintenance on the bearing area while the sections of the inlet bellmouth remain separated.
ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR TURBINE, ASSEMBLY SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR TURBINE, AND ASSEMBLY SUPPORT DEVICE FOR TURBINE
In an assembly method for a turbine, measured shape data is acquired by measuring a shape for each of a plurality of casing components in a state in which the plurality of casing components are not fastened to each other. self-weighted state shape data, which is shape data when self-weight is applied, is created for each of the plurality of casing components. A reference shape model is corrected based on a difference between the measured shape data of a target measurement part and the self-weighted state shape data of the target measurement part. By using the corrected shape model, fastened state shape data, which is shape data in a state in which the plurality of casing components are fastened to each other, is estimated for each of the plurality of casing components.
