20170340058 · 2017-11-30 · ·

A sole structure includes an insole with a sensory feedback system. The insole includes a first insole layer and a second insole layer coupled to the second insole layer, and the sensory feedback system includes multiple protrusions extending from the second insole layer and through the second insole layer. The protrusions are made from a material that is harder than the material forming the first insole layer. In other words, the hardness of the material forming the protrusions is greater than the hardness of the material forming the first insole layer. The protrusions are placed along a predetermined feedback region of the insole based on the user's needs. As such, the protrusions can provide the user a tactile sensory feedback to the user during golf swing.

Securing device for golf having removable studs

The golf shoe holder with dismountable threaded cleats prevents the supporting foot of a person from moving when attempting to hit the golf ball with a golf club. This is achieved as the holder has two holes with different diameters: the large diameter is to be held between the cleats and the golf shoe sole, by means of the threads that both parts have, and the small diameter is where it holds on to the grass by means of a tee.

GOLF PUTTING CORRECTION DEVICE

Disclosed is a golf putting correction device. The golf putting correction device of the present disclosure includes: a body formed long in one direction so as to form a straight runway on which a golf ball rolls, and having a marked line formed along the center of the straight runway; and a guide formed above the straight runway, and having a through-hole formed to be parallel with the marked line, wherein a putting posture is corrected by a putting practice while observing the marked line through the through-hole. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a golf putting correction device that can: correct an address posture such that eyes, a hole, and a golf ball are aligned on the same line; maintain the progressing direction of the golf ball to be constant even if it is repeatedly used; and provide a convenient transport and storage.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING LOWER BODY POSITIONS, MOVEMENTS, AND SEQUENCE IN GOLF SWING TRAINING
20220054920 · 2022-02-24 ·

Disclosed are various embodiments of golf training device that helps a golfer learn and coordinate lower body positions and movements with upper body movements, using a series of feedback signals. In one embodiment, among others, a system comprises a foot sensor that attaches to a Lead Foot of a user. The foot sensor is configured to detect a heel of the Lead Foot being raised. The system also comprises a leg sensor that attaches to a Trail Leg of the user, and the leg sensor detects a bend in the Trail Leg of the user. The foot sensor is configured to detect the heel being lowered at an instance after the detection of the bend in the Trail Leg. The system further comprises a feedback device configured to activate one or more feedback indicators after the detections of foot and/or leg movements.

Golf Mat

A portable golf mat includes a first portion coupled with a second portion at a first hinge, a third portion coupled with the second portion at a second hinge, and a fourth portion coupled with the third portion at a third hinge. Each portion has a first layer formed from a rubber material and a second layer comprising an artificial turf. The first portion is foldable about the first hinge relative to the second portion so that the first portion top surface contacts the second portion top surface, the second portion is foldable about the second hinge relative to the third portion so that the second portion bottom surface contacts the third portion bottom surface, and the fourth portion is foldable about the third hinge relative to the third portion so that the fourth portion top surface contacts the third portion top surface.

GOLF TRAINING DEVICE
20170282043 · 2017-10-05 ·

A golf training device comprised of a planar quadrilateral-shaped adjustable frame having vertically extendable sway bars that assists a golfer to establish a proper stance and “body turn” during a golf swing is disclosed. The device can be easily setup and transported to permit repetitive use, is relatively easy to manufacture, and cost-effective. The adjustable frame, designed to be placed on the ground, consists of a first pair of linear telescoping members coupled at each end by a second pair of linear telescoping members, thereby allowing the user to expand the adjustable frame to increase or decrease the total square area of the frame according to the preferences and stance of the golfer. Furthermore, each top side of the first pair of linear members include vertically extendable sway bars to alert the golfer if he/she is “swaying” rather than turning on the back swing or follow-through.

Golf Swing Practicing Apparatus and Practicing Methods
20170282042 · 2017-10-05 ·

Present invention discloses a golf swing practicing apparatus for practicing golf swing in a confined environment with a short-shaft golf club, practicing methods for setting up the short-shaft golf club at a proper incline angle in mid air at address position, and a mechanic model for determining the required club head weight that enables golfer to feel the same Swing Weight as he swings the short-shaft golf club or the conventional golf club.

SPORT SENSING SYSTEM
20170246521 · 2017-08-31 ·

A system has footwear and a striking device. The striking device has a shaft connected to a striking surface for contacting an object. A sensor affixed to the shaft changes electrical resistance when the striking surface is swung to contact the object to in turn generate a signal reflective of the deflection of the shaft. The footwear is configured with an array of sensors that change at least one electrical characteristic upon deflection when the player is operating the striking device. The footwear is to send signals reflective of the deflection of the feet as the shaft is swung. The signals reflective of the deflection of the shaft and the footwear are sent to a cell phone, notebook, PC or the like suitably programmed to present audio and visual images of the feet positions and movement and movement of the striking device (e.g., golf club, racket).

MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND MEASUREMENT METHOD
