Height adjustable combat training assembly and method of operation
A height adjustable combat training assembly and method of operation enables a practitioner to strike with a fist, kick, hurtle over, and reenact combat with a real person through use of a height adjustable series of shafts, target accessories, and elongated barriers that are manipulated into myriad configurations. A base portion is filled with a weighted substance to stabilize the assembly. A base shaft attached perpendicularly into the base portion. A height adjustable shaft extends from the base shaft in a sliding relationship that is measured with a height gauging instrument. Padded sleeves encapsulate both shafts for cushioning. A flexible member extends form the terminus of the height adjustable shaft. A terminal target rests on the terminus of the second sleeve. A label attaches to the sleeves. At least one target accessory detachably attaches to the shafts or sleeves, and includes linear arm, blocking arm, laser device, and fist.
METHOD OF ACTIVATING A SUPPLEMENTAL VISUAL WARNING SIGNAL BASED ON FREQUENCY EMITTED FROM A GENERATOR OF A PRIMARY AUDIBLE WARNING SIGNAL
A system and method for signaling users including a control device electrically connected to a transceiver. The transceiver has a specified frequency. A first mobile signal device being activated by a first user and electrically communicating with a first transmitter having a selectable signal frequency. The first transmitter electrically communicates with the transceiver using the specified frequency. A second signal device includes a second receiver for receiving an activation signal from the transceiver. The second receiver electrically communicates with the transceiver using the specified frequency. The second signal device is activated by the activation of the first mobile signal device using the transceiver for alerting other persons.
Method of activating a supplemental visual warning signal based on frequency emitted from a generator of a primary audible warning signal

DIVING DEVICES CONFIGURED TO MAKE AND/OR TO EMIT DISTINCT NOISES AND ASSOCIATED METHODS FOR THE USE OF THE DIVING DEVICES
A set of diving devices and methods of using the same in, for example, a water-based game, are provided. The devices comprise two or more diving devices, each being configured to be tossed into a body of water and upon entry to cause a water entry noise that is distinct from water entry noises corresponding to each of the other diving devices in the set of diving devices. The distinctness of the water entry noise for each device in the set is due at least in part to at least one of a size of each of the diving devices, a shape of each of the diving devices, a density of each of the diving device, and/or a weight of each of the diving devices. The methods involve users attempting to retrieve devices based upon distinct water entry noises and/or emitted audio signals, with points being awarded thereupon.
Treadmill with folding overhead handlebar assembly
A treadmill exercise machine may include a frame having a base and upright supports extending upward from a base. A handlebar assembly may be rotatably connected proximate the distal ends of the upright supports. The handlebar assembly may be moved from a non-deployed position to an upright locked position accessible to a user to grasp and pull down on an overhead hand bar of the handlebar assembly to reduce the weight load transmitted to the user's lower body.

PROGRAMMABLE CONTEXT AWARE ALARM DEVICES AND METHODS
A wide variety of devices generate alarms when a particular condition is met. For example, a smoke detector generates an alarm upon detecting smoke whilst a motion detector generates an alarm upon detecting motion when the system to which the motion detector is connected is set or armed. However, in each instance the alarm is the same when the specific condition, e.g. smoke, motion; is met. Accordingly, it would be beneficial to provide users with an alarm which is generated in dependence upon an overall context within which the alarm is established and the resulting alarm generated varies in dependence upon the established context.
