Barbell
A barbell includes a rotational body including a bar, a sleeve assembly having a sleeve with a bore, where a portion of the bar is received through the axial bore, a proximal bushing received in the bore and having a passage receiving the bar, a distal bushing received in the bore and having a cavity receiving a portion of the body. The proximal bushing has a first outer surface engaging the sleeve and a first inner surface engaging the bar within the passage. The distal bushing has a second outer surface engaging the sleeve and a second inner surface engaging the portion of the body within the cavity. The proximal bushing and the distal bushing permit the sleeve assembly to rotate around the body, and at least one of the first inner and outer surfaces and at least one of the second inner and outer surfaces are polymer surfaces.
Annular multimedia stadium goalpost and multipurpose target display system
An annular multimedia stadium goalpost and multipurpose target display system. The system includes a rear support-and-multimedia assembly for supporting the net and producing audible and visual effects. The system also includes a at least one annular frame and a primary projector. The rear support-and-multimedia assembly includes a support assembly and a multimedia bar system. The support assembly maintains the annular frame and the multimedia bar system in an orientation that facilitates playing sports and projecting information. The multimedia bar system includes a plurality of lights, a plurality of first speakers, a plurality of sponsor display panels, a retractably screen assembly, and a retractably underground projector in order to audible and visually convey content regarding the sports game and advertisements to the audience. The system also includes an annular display, and a multitude of rangefinder laser-detector video cameras to track, record, and present gameplay live.
PORTABLE BASEBALL PITCHING MOUND FOR TRAINING
A device (10) includes a top portion (14); side portions (28, 28′) extending from the top portion, the side portions and the top portion forming a hollow area (46); and a bottom portion (48) comprising a bottom surface (34, 34′) of each of the side portions, each bottom surface being covered with an anti-slip member (44, 44′).
Core Training Device and Method
The present invention provides an exercise device (100) for exercising core muscles of a user’s torso. The exercise device comprises a frame (110), configured to be supported by the user and a radially outwardly facing channel (130;
Ball retrieval system and method
A tennis ball retriever for retrieving a tennis ball on and about a tennis court and for controllably releasing the ball includes a front-end ball collector having two spaced-apart blades defining a ball collection space. The retriever includes a means for gripping and securing a ball positioned at the fore end, and one or more detents for retaining the collected ball in the collection space until a programmed or manually-directed release toward a target location such as a tennis baseline. The retriever includes a processor-controller for controlling and directing the retriever during a retrieval session. The retriever may be remote-controlled such as by voice commands.
LEFT AND RIGHT OSCILLATION WIDTH ADJUSTMENT AND ROTATION STRUCTURE OF STATIONARY BIKE SADDLE
The present invention relates to a right and left oscillation width adjustment and rotation structure of a stationary bike saddle, which enables a user to directly perform adjustment to correspond to the range of motion of the hip joint while inducing the buffering action of the left and right oscillations of the saddle and the dispersed load when the user sits on the saddle of the stationary bike and pedals thereon, so as to secure stability for the motion of the pelvis and spine during pedaling and enables core muscle training at the same time as lower body exercise during pedaling, the structure consisting of: a buffering part (100) which is disposed on the bottom surface of a saddle member (8) to relieve the load and left and right oscillations dispersed by the user's pedaling operation; a left and right moving part (200) which is coupled to the buffering part to perform a left and right sliding motion; a forward and backward moving part (300) which is coupled to the left and right moving part (200) to perform a forward and backward sliding motion; and an eccentric rotating part (400), in which the left and right moving part (200) and the forward and backward moving part (300) are coupled and which is rotated eccentrically to simultaneously control the sliding motion of each moving part. The eccentric rotation radius of the eccentric rotation part (400) can be extended or reduced according to the user's selection, and the left and right sliding and forward and backward sliding motions are controlled by the adjusted rotation radius.
System and method for object tracking in coordination with a ball-throwing machine
A system is disclosed that includes a ball-throwing machine included within a first housing, a controller communicatively coupled to the ball-throwing machine and included within a second housing different than the first housing, a camera, and a non-transitory storage medium having stored thereon logic, the logic being executable by one or more processors to perform operations including: receiving information associated with a selection of a first training drill from the controller, responsive to receiving the information associated with the selection of the first training drill, causing the ball-throwing machine to impart motion to one or more balls in accordance with the first training drill, receiving multimedia data of a player captured by the camera, and performing a player recognition procedure to locate the player within the multimedia data.
Barbell
A barbell comprising a bar member, a first side weight assembly and a second side weight assembly. The bar member has a first side sleeve region and a second side sleeve region opposite the first side sleeve region. The first side weight assembly includes a weight surface and extends over the first side sleeve region, and is rotatively coupled to the bar member through an inner and outer slidable engagement surface. The second side weight assembly includes a weight surface and extends over the second side sleeve region, and is rotatively coupled to the bar member through an inner and outer slidable engagement surface. The bar member includes a first and second surface enhanced region, the first surface enhanced region spanning a portion of the central region and the first side sleeve region, and with the second surface enhanced region spanning a portion of the central region and the second side sleeve region.
