PUMP COMPRISING A SPRING
A pump, comprising:
an accommodating housing which forms a cup-shaped accommodating space comprising an end-facing wall and a circumferential wall; and
a pump insert which is arranged in the accommodating space, wherein the pump insert comprises:
a rotor;
a first housing part and a second housing part, between which the rotor is arranged such that it can be rotated about a rotational axis and relative to the first and second housing part; and
a stroke ring which surrounds the rotor,
wherein an annular sealing element which is arranged between the end-facing wall and the second housing part encloses a pressure space which is formed between the end-facing wall and the second housing part, wherein the pressure space is connected via an outlet channel to a delivery chamber which is formed between the rotor and the stroke ring, and
wherein the spring comprises a spring structure which is made of metal and which imbues the spring with its essential spring characteristics, wherein the sealing element is fastened to the spring structure.
Engine lubricating device
There is provided an engine lubricating device with which passage resistance of an oil strainer can be reduced and a support stay for an oil filter is unnecessary. An oil strainer includes an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder respectively have straight central axes and form inner and outer double cylinders, the outer cylinder has a strainer inlet at a lower end, the inner cylinder has a peripheral wall formed as a filter portion, the oil strainer is led out in an orientation inclined downward from the cylinder block toward an inner bottom portion of an oil pan, an upper end portion of the outer cylinder is fixed to a cylinder block, and an upper end opening portion of the inner cylinder communicates with an oil passage inlet of the cylinder block.
Oil pump control valve
The present invention relates to an oil pump control valve that can linearly control the pressure of oil by resolving the internal residual pressure thereof and can be mounted on the exterior of a cylinder block, thereby enhancing maintenance efficiency. The oil pump control valve comprises a valve that controls the entrance and exit of oil and a solenoid that operates the valve.
TWO PLANE ACCESSORY MOUNTING WITH SLIDING PILOT INTERFACE
System and methods mount an accessory to an engine block having a pilot bore aligned with a first plane and sealing surfaces aligned to a second plane different than the first plane. The accessory includes a sliding pilot for interfacing with the pilot bore that is capable of sliding in an x direction yet fixed in a y direction with respect to the accessory housing. Interfacing the sliding pilot in a mounting position with the pilot bore along a z direction locates the accessory with respect to the engine block in the y and z directions. Fastening the accessory to the sealing surfaces of the engine block locates the accessory in the x direction with sufficient precision to mitigate gear backlashing and providing one or more fluid seals between the accessory and the engine block.
OIL SEAL STRUCTURE AND COMPRESSING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
An oil seal structure and a compressing apparatus including the oil seal structure are provided. The oil seal structure includes a rotating shaft, a bearing, a lower housing portion, an upper housing portion, an assembly surface seal member inserted into a first assembly surface seal groove, and an oil seal member provided in a first seal groove and a second seal groove and including a flange portion, wherein a lower oil receiving portion is formed in the lower housing portion, a first passage groove is formed in the first seal groove, and an oil passage is formed between a bottom surface of the first passage groove and the flange portion.
ELECTRONIC OIL PUMP
Provided is an electronic oil pump which may circulate oil by driving an electric motor, and more particularly, an electronic oil pump which may vary a cross-sectional area of a pumping passage based on an oil viscosity, and include a cooling passage for cooling a motor.
Pump comprising a spring
A pump, comprising a pump insert which is arranged in an accommodating space of a cup-shaped pump housing. The pump insert comprises a first housing part and a second housing part between which a rotor is rotatably arranged, and a stroke ring which surrounds the rotor and is arranged between the first housing part and the second housing part. A spring flexing along the rotational axis is arranged between the accommodating housing and the second housing part. The spring comprises a spring structure which is made of metal and which imbues the spring with its essential spring characteristics along the rotational axis. The spring is supported towards the second housing part in a region which is arranged in axial alignment with the stroke ring in the direction of the rotational axis, and thus presses the second housing part against the stroke ring.
ASSEMBLING APPARATUS FOR OIL PUMP
An assembling apparatus for an oil pump, intended to mitigate noise and vibration of an oil pump that is built in an oil pan may include an oil pump provided in an oil pan, a partition wall partitioning an internal space of the oil pan and formed to partially surround an external surface of the oil pump, thus supporting the oil pump, and a shock absorbing member disposed between an external surface of the oil pump and the partition wall to be in contact therewith.
OIL PUMP FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A first fitting portion is coupled to a protruding end of the crankshaft to be rotatable about a crankshaft rotational axis. An intermediate member includes a first hole wall slidably supporting the first fitting portion in a first direction orthogonal to the crankshaft rotational axis so that the intermediate member rotates together with the crankshaft. An inner rotor includes a second hole wall slidably supporting the second fitting portion in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and the crankshaft rotational axis so that the inner rotor rotates together with the intermediate member. One of the first direction and the second direction is in parallel with a line segment joining the crankshaft rotational axis and an axis of a crankpin of the internal combustion engine which is closest to the protruding end of the crankshaft.
