One or more sensors tracking at least one characteristic of the one or more objects for stick handling and the interface displaying at least one characteristic.

A system includes a speed ladder that has parallel side members and parallel cross members each connecting each of the side members. The system may further include a receiving module configured to receive light path sequence data and foot movement data of a user relative to the speed ladder, wherein the light path sequence data and the foot movement data are received from different sources. The system may also further include lights, located within the cross members, configured to display a light path sequence based upon sequence data received prior to a start of the sequence and an output module configured to output user foot movement data.

An apparatus comprises a plurality of upright frames, an upright frame of the plurality of upright frames comprising a first upright segment, a second upright segment, and a lateral segment to connect a first end of the first upright segment to a first end of the second upright segment, a first base segment to couple to a second end of the first upright segment, and a second base segment to couple to a second end of the second upright segment, wherein the first base segment and the second base segment are to interface with a ground surface to support the upright frame in an upright position. A training device for teaching and practicing ball handling skills for basketball players or persons training for sports, the training device including stanchions positionable on a floor using attachment members, such as suction cups, or a flexible resilient layer. A crossbar extends between the stanchions. Flexible elements can be used to connect the stanchions to the suction cups. The lengths of the stanchions and crossbar can be adjustable to set the height of the crossbar above the floor and the separation of the crossbars. Detents can allow for adjustably fixing the lengths.
