PUMPING DEVICE
20210048015 · 2021-02-18 ·

The pumping device includes a barrel, a cover, a pumping mechanism, a positioning ring, and plural posts. The barrel has plural first positioning portions extending upward near a bottom thereof. The cover is disposed on the barrel to selectively close the barrel. The pumping mechanism is disposed on the cover for pumping liquid in the receiving space outward or pumping liquid outside into the receiving space. The positioning ring is detachably combined by two semi-ring bodies and is sleeved onto the cover and the barrel to position the cover on the barrel. The positioning ring has plural second positioning portions. Each of the posts connects the positioning ring and the bottom of the barrel therebetween. Each post is detachably connected to one of the first positioning portions and one of the second positioning portions therebetween so that the two semi-ring bodies are unable to separate freely.

Engine revision for peristaltic oil change
10947873 · 2021-03-16 ·

A method and a kit for oil removal or injection into the oil pan of a vehicle, marine or aircraft engine. A modified dip stick tube or other access tube extends to the bottom of the oil pan has at least one or more openings at its bottom end to allow oil to enter or exit. The top has an air-tight seal that can be attached to a flexible tube that can be run to a peristaltic pump. The pump can have an exit tube that runs into an oil recovery receptacle. After draining, the oil, the tube can be valved or physically relocated to a fresh oil source. The direction of rotation of the pump can be reversed to fill the oil pan with fresh oil. An electric control can run the pump in both a forward and reverse direction typically from a vehicle battery voltage source.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FLUSHING CONTAMINANTS FROM A CONTAINER OF FLUIDS
20230417314 · 2023-12-28 ·

A contaminant-flushing machine for removing contaminants from a container, such as an engine transmission, air-conditioner coil, or transmission cooler, which includes hoses for coupling to the transmission cooler and a pump for circulating fluid through the hoses and the transmission cooler, the flushing machine being configured to terminate all circulating of fluid when a pressure drop is detected during times when the fluid is circulating only in the primary flow direction, but not when the flow direction is being reversed.

A grease delivery system is provided which includes refilling containers with a fluid from a larger reservoir to eliminate excess cost and waste. The container and reservoir are connected using hoses, a pump, and quick connect couplings. The containers are used to provide equipment with the fluid.

DEVICE FOR FILLING AND REMOVING A LUBRICANT AT A HOUSING
20210010583 · 2021-01-14 ·

A filling and draining device for filling lubricant into and draining lubricant out of a housing (1), having a lubricant line (2, 21, 22) through which the lubricant passes into the housing (1), during filling, and through which the lubricant passes when the lubricant is drained from the housing (1). The housing (1) has a valve (6) through which the lubricant flows during filling and draining such that, for filling, the valve (6) adopts a first aperture width for the lubricant and, for draining, the valve (6) adopts a second aperture width for the lubricant.

Liquid filter assembly having a drain pin with a grip

The disclosure concerns a liquid filter assembly. The filter assembly includes a filter and a drain pin coupled to a lower support plate of the filter. The Drain pin includes a body, a grip, a seal member, and a fixing block structured and arranged to secure the drain pin to the filter. According to an implementation, the lower support plate has a receiving groove, and the fixing block is coupled to the receiving groove for securing the drain pin to the filter.

Internal combustion engine, lubrication system, and engine oil strainer

An engine oil strainer includes a lubricating oil passage, and an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are respectively disposed at two ends of the lubricating oil passage. The engine oil strainer further includes a check valve which is disposed at the oil inlet and which only allows a lubricating oil to flow into the lubricating oil passage. Also disclosed herein are a lubrication system employing the engine oil strainer, and an internal combustion engine having the lubrication system. When the internal combustion engine stops operating, the lubricating oil flows back from the oil outlet into the engine oil strainer. Since the check valve is disposed at the location of the oil inlet of the engine oil strainer, the lubricating oil flowing back into the engine oil strainer is not capable of proceeding to flow back from the oil inlet into the oil pan.
