The club head portion has a heel portion, a sole portion, a toe portion, a crown portion, a hosel portion, and a striking face. The striking face can have a center face roll contour, a toe side roll contour, a heel side roll contour, a center face bulge contour, a crown side bulge contour, and a sole side bulge contour. The toe side roll contour can be more lofted than the center face roll contour. The heel side roll contour can be less lofted than the center face roll contour. The crown side bulge contour can be more open than the center face bulge contour, and the sole side bulge contour can be more closed than the center face bulge contour.

Golf club having an adjustable weight assembly

A golf club head includes a body having a recessed channel formed in an outer surface. A weight assembly that includes a weight at least partially disposed within the recessed channel, a cover extending at least partially over the recessed channel, and a fastener coupling the cover to the body. The fastener is adapted to retain the weight in the recessed channel only indirectly by the cover. The weight is slidably engaged with the cover and the cover is positionable in at least an unlocked configuration whereby the cover is raised at least partially out of the recessed channel and the weight is selectively slidable within the recessed channel, and a locked configuration whereby the cover is at least partially disposed within the recessed channel and the weight is secured within the recessed channel. The weight moves with the cover between the unlocked configuration and the locked configuration.

A method of providing workout training for a user of an activity tracking system includes displaying a plurality of training plan options to the user on a screen of a personal electronic device, and then receiving a selected training plan option from the user. Selected workout day options are received from the user and the system generates a training schedule for the user based on the selected training plan and the selected workout day options. One or more reminders identify the type of workout for the scheduled day and an option to accept or reject the workout. When the user selects the option to accept the workout, the workout goal associated with the scheduled workout is displayed. The method further includes determining progress toward the workout goal based on the received workout data, and displaying an indicator of progress toward the workout goal on the screen during the workout.

In response to an object passing between the transmitter and receiver, the receiver is blocked from receiving the transmission. In response to the receiver being blocked from receiving the transmission, a selected one of the targets illuminates. Input from the remote control controls operation of one of the transmitter, the receiver, or one of the plurality of illuminating targets.

The computing device is configured to at least receive sensor data from the sensor during the golf swing of the user and identify a plurality of body movements in which each respective body movement corresponds to a stage of a golf swing sequence based at least in part on the sensor data. The computing device can also be configured to activate a plurality of feedback indicators according to the golf swing sequence for feedback to the user during the golf swing.
