Workout bench
A workout bench is disclosed that has rectanguloid front and rear containers each connected with two opposing rectanguloid side containers therebetween. The front and rear containers are least partially open. Each side container is open at an outward, lateral side thereof. The containers are each flush at their top, bottom, and lateral sides. The containers each define an internal storage volume therein, with the front and rear containers accessible from their partially open top sides. The workout bench also has a benchtop pivotally fixed with the front container, with a selectively movable brace for holding the benchtop at one of a plurality of predefined angular positions with respect to the top sides of the containers. A plurality of feet project away from the bottom sides of at least two of the containers.
Transformable exercise apparatus
A transformable exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes base arms parallel to each other, front legs and rear legs extending from the base arms. The exercise apparatus includes top arms, each connecting respective front and rear leg of each base arm. The exercise apparatus presents telescopic members stored in the front legs. The exercise apparatus includes a first table top and a second table top. The second table top includes collapsible legs. The collapsible legs fold and allow for placing the second table top and the first table top over the top arms, thereby transforming the exercise apparatus into a furniture. The second table top demounts and transforms into a workbench. The telescopic members extend and include a pull-up bar at the top, transforming the exercise apparatus into a pull up exercise apparatus. The apparatus may transfer into a leg press and arm press.
EXERCISE METHOD AND DEVICE
The present invention comprises a y-axis pivot axis which extends in a direction perpendicular to the ground; a resistance body driven by the power output from the y-axis pivot axis; a right arm and a left arm connected to the y-axis pivot axis; wherein when the left arm rotates clockwise, the y-axis pivot axis is driven clockwise, and the right arm idles, and when the right arm rotates clockwise, the y-axis pivot axis is driven clockwise, and the left arm idles, so that a user puts the user's legs on the leg pad and puts one end of the arms together to perform leg adduction and puts the one end of the arms apart to perform leg abduction.

REFLECTIVE COMPOSITE MATERIAL HAVING A VARNISHED ALUMINIUM CARRIER HAVING A SILVER REFLECTION LAYER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
The invention relates to a reflective composite material (V) having a carrier (1) consisting of aluminum, having an interlayer (2) which is present on a side (A) on the carrier (1) and is composed of a varnish, and having an optically active multilayer system (3) which has been applied atop the interlayer (2) and consists of at least three layers, wherein the upper layers (4, 5) are dielectric and/or oxidic layers, and the lowermost layer (6) is a metallic layer which consists of silver and forms a reflection layer (6). To increase the aging resistance, it is proposed that the interlayer (2) comprise an organic layer-forming varnish or be formed entirely from such a varnish that has been cured in an ionic photopolymerization and crosslinking or that has been cured after UV irradiation by free-radical photopolymerization and crosslinking.
EXERCISE DEVICE AND RELATED METHODS THEREOF
An exercise device includes a main pulley configured to rotate about a hub and having a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a peripheral surface. The exercise device also includes a lower pulley coupled to a resistance drum and a belt wrapped partially around the peripheral surface of the main pulley coupling the main pulley to the lower pulley. Brake lining is positioned inside the resistance drum and are configured to be adjusted inwardly and outwardly along interior sidewalls of the resistance drum. In addition, a cable is coupled to the brake lining to control an amount of resistance to a rotation of the resistance drum, and a crank shaft is coupled to a hub of the main pulley and configured to be operated by feet of an individual for rotating the main pulley about the hub against the resistance to exercise the individual.
Paddle for water sports
A paddle for water sports is provided that allows a user to more effectively propel themselves through the water. The paddle comprises a blade, a fastener for fastening the paddle to a user's forearm, a gripping portion mounted to the blade and a connector extending from the fastener to the paddle, wherein the connector is bendable to enable the blade to be moved between an operating position and a stowed position.
Multi-Axis Adjustable Exercise Machine
A multi-axis adjustable exercise machine which is pivotable about both a pitch axis and a roll axis with respect to a base for allowing an exerciser to perform a wide range of exercises on a pitched or rolled exercise machine. The multi-axis adjustable exercise machine generally includes an exercise machine which is adjustable with respect to a base. The exercise machine may be pivoted about a roll axis to adjust the roll angle of the exercise machine or may be pivoted about a pitch axis to adjust the pitch angle of the exercise machine. One or more actuators may be connected between the base and the exercise machine to effectuate the pivoting of the exercise machine about either or both axes with respect to the base.
