Systems, methods and apparatus for differential air pressure devices
Described herein are various embodiments of differential air pressure systems and components for differential air pressure systems. The air pressure systems have a chamber for receiving at least a portion of a user's body. Pressure in the chamber can be changed to adjust force on the user's body. Described herein are various methods and related structures for sealing a user into a pressurizable chamber. Also described herein are various methods and related structures for changing the shape and/or height of the chamber. Described herein are various types and configurations of chambers and support structures for chambers. Also described herein are various methods and related systems for treating various conditions using the differential air pressure systems, including but not limited to obesity, cardiac disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, or Down Syndrome.
DEVICE FOR PELVIC LIMB BLOOD FLOW
A structure including left and right footplates and weight shafts provided at left and right sides in a blood circulation exercise interlocking device, providing a pelvic limb blood circulation ankle interlocking device comprising a vertical supporter configured at the center of a lower plate of a main body in a vertical direction, left and right auxiliary vertical supporters configured to be parallel in a vertical direction at left and right sides of the vertical supporter, rotary shafts configured at the same position as the left and right auxiliary vertical supporters in a horizontal direction of the vertical supporter, left and right rotary bars configured at left and right sides of the rotary shaft to be coupled with a rotating device, weights made of heavy metals at the upper ends of the left and right rotary bars, and left and right footplates configured at left and right rotation lower ends.
Baby leg and foot trainer
A leg and foot strength training device for infants. The device includes a support bed and a partition at one end of the support bed. The partition cooperates with the support bed to form a cavity. An infant lying on the support bed maybe positioned such that their legs and feet maybe located substantially within cavity. When the infant pushes or kicks his or her legs or feet toward and/or against the partition from within cavity, the partition may provide an amount of resilient resistance against the legs or feet kicks or pushes.
Exercise apparatus
Apparatus suitable for pilates and other exercise comprises rails, supported on a box-like frame and an exercise carriage, mounted on the rails, wherein the carriage comprises a first carriage section and a second carriage section which sections can be (i) connected together to form a single exercise carriage which slides forwards and backwards on the rails, or (ii) disconnected to form two exercise carriages which independently slide forwards and backwards on the rails. The apparatus also has a seat with a spring-biased foot pedal and a spring-biased trapeze bar.
TRAMPOLINE COVERINGS AND TRAMPOLINES INCLUDING TRAMPOLINE COVERINGS
Trampolines may include a frame, a bounce mat coupled to the frame, and a plurality of poles coupled to the frame. A cover may be disposed over at least a portion of the bounce mat and retained in an at least partially suspended position utilizing the plurality of poles. Trampoline may be utilized by coupling a bounce mat to a frame. A plurality of poles may also be coupled to the frame. A cover may be disposed over at least a portion of the bounce mat utilizing the plurality of poles to retain the cover suspended over the at least a portion of the bounce mat. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also included.
Resistance Training Cushion
A substantially rectangular, flexible foam-filled cushion, consists of three substantially rectangular, hingeably connected segments: a longest upper segment, which is configured to align with and support a user's upper torso, a shorter middle segment, which is configured to align with and support a user's pelvis/buttocks and upper legs, and a shortest lower segment, which is configured to align with and support a user's lower legs. From the top of the upper segment extends an elastic resistance cord. From the bottom of the lower segment extend two elastic resistance ankle straps and an elastic foot strap. The thickness and flexibility of the cushion are adapted to provide both resistance to bending of the cushion and support for the portion of the user's body engaged with the cushion during bending. Therefore, the cushion is adapted to play an active role in the exercise movements, along with its appended resistance bands. The cushion's ability to move cooperatively with the exercise movements is enhanced by the alignment of its hinges with the body's principal bending locations in the waist/lower back and knees.
TRAINING AND REHABILITATION DEVICE
A device for training and rehabilitation of a limb is provided. The device provides a board with a plurality of movement tracks to allow for controlled movement of the limb in various directions. Blockers and other controlling structures may be arranged on the device to limit range of motion of the movement of the limb.
Pilates Reformer With an Articulated Movable Platform
Pilates reformers, and exercise apparatus, are widely used by individuals of varying levels of fitness. The moveable carriage of the reformer onto which the person is to lie supine during exercise is difficult to mount for some individuals, such as the elderly or pregnant women. A replacement for the planar one-piece carriage is disclosed that is a two-piece platform having a seat portion and a back portion that pivots with respect to the seat portion. The individual can mount the exercise apparatus on the seat portion with the inclined back portion for support. The back portion can then be lowered to a completely horizontal position or slightly inclined, depending on the needs of the individual. An articulated platform has an extendible gas spring mounted between the back portion and a support structure. The gas spring assists the individual, or a trainer, to move the back portion up.
Exercise Machine Inclination Device
An exercise machine inclination device for providing variable exercise intensity on an exercise machine by inclining the exercise machine. The exercise machine inclination device generally includes a base adapted for being positioned upon a floor, a support structure adapted for supporting an exercise machine, a hinge pivotally connecting the base and the support structure and an actuator connected between the base and the support structure, wherein the actuator adjusts an angle of the support structure.
Method and device for acquiring stream of the precisely time-stamped images
Method and device for acquiring stream of the precisely time-stamped images, including the modulated light source, controlled by the absolute global real-time-base (e.g. provided by global navigation satellite system (GNSS) controller) and the image acquisition and processing unit, decoding the light modulation waveform and determining the time-stamp for every image frame. The GNSS time and position messages can be used to provide the full time- and location stamps for each frame. Multi-element light sources can be used to have more informative light modulation in the time domain. For time-stamping of several image streams (e.g. from several cameras) multiple light sources with the same modulation can be used.
