Multi-axis adjustable exercise machine

A multi-axis adjustable exercise machine which is pivotable about both a pitch axis and a roll axis with respect to a base for allowing an exerciser to perform a wide range of exercises on a pitched or rolled exercise machine. The multi-axis adjustable exercise machine generally includes an exercise machine which is adjustable with respect to a base. The exercise machine may be pivoted about a roll axis to adjust the roll angle of the exercise machine or may be pivoted about a pitch axis to adjust the pitch angle of the exercise machine. One or more actuators may be connected between the base and the exercise machine to effectuate the pivoting of the exercise machine about either or both axes with respect to the base.

Portable and foldable gluteus maximus bridging and hip thrusting exercise apparatus

An apparatus that satisfies the need for a portable and foldable exercise equipment to perform glute bridge, hip thrust and other resistance band exercises without the need for additional equipment. The apparatus includes opposing panels hingedly connected, and accommodations to affix resistance bands to the panels. A cross member is preferably hingedly connected to one panel and extends through an opening and engages the other panel. A resistance band may include an adjustable belt so that a user may securely fasten himself or herself between the opposing panels and the resistance band to perform the glute bridge, hip thrust or other exercises.

COMBINED TREATMENT AND EXERCISE APPARATUS

A combined treatment, exercise, and traction apparatus including a base coupled to a plurality of linkages, a support frame having a first end and opposing second end and pivotally coupled to the plurality of linkages, the support frame formed to pivot between a first orientation and a different second orientation, a treatment table having a first end and an opposing second end, the treatment table slidably mounted to the support frame, and a plurality of actuators coupled between the base and the plurality of linkages, wherein the treatment table slides between a first position and a second position along a plane of the support frame when a first actuator is activated.

Core Strengthening Assembly

A core strengthening assembly for performing core strengthening exercises includes a ball that may be positioned on a support surface. A harness is positioned around the ball and the ball rotates freely in the harness. A pair of pedals is each removably coupled to the harness. Each of the pedals may have one of a user's feet positioned thereon. In this way the user's feet are spaced from the support surface when the user performs core strengthening exercises.

Wall-Mounted Collapsible Exercise System

A wall-mounted collapsible exercise system which is adjustable between a collapsed position against a wall and an expanded position for use in multiple exercise configurations. The wall-mounted collapsible exercise system generally includes a mount support adapted to be connected to a wall, a body support adapted to support an exerciser, and a base support adapted to support the body support when the body support is in use. The body support may be pivotably connected to the mount support and the base support may be pivotably connected to the body support such that the body support and base support are adjustable between a first collapsed position for storage and a second expanded position for use. When in the expanded position, the body support may be converted between a glute ham developer configuration and a reverse hyper configuration through use of various exercise attachments.

FITNESS-EQUIPMENT STORAGE BENCH

A fitness-equipment storage bench for use in aiding or supplementing a physical activity in a physical-activity environment whilst enabling storage of fitness equipment, the fitness-equipment storage bench comprising a cuboidal or substantially cuboidal body having first and second ends, two opposing sides between the first and second ends, a top and a bottom; at least one recess formed in one of the said sides; at least one cantilevered bar support in the recess for supporting a dumbbell such that a grip axis of the dumbbell is received entirely within the recess; at least one rotatable element at or adjacent to the first end or the second end to facilitate reorientation of the bench; a pivotable user back support on the top of the cuboidal body; and a stay associated with the back support to hold the back support in at least one raised condition.

Kinetic Discipline And Body Positioning Apparatus

A multi-dimensional body positioning apparatus that can be used in the practice of pilates, yoga, tai chi, and other intelligent movement disciplines, including exercise, rehabilitation, training, physical and mental conditioning, habituation, injury prevention and recovery; in medical protocols for minimizing cascade of disabilities and maximizing muscular and neurological recovery from paralysis, congenital disorders, and auto immune illnesses; and overall healing. The body positioning apparatus includes raised portions that are plateaus that relate to the topology of the human body, which provide visual and tactile references, so the user can properly align the body during exercise or use of the apparatus. By providing these plateaus, the exercise routine can be optimized. For instance, a user can us the apparatus supervised while monitoring proper technique.

METHOD FOR REDUCING TENSION IN MUSCLES OF THE HUMAN BODY BY NEUROHEMATOLOGIC DIVERSION
20200215374 · 2020-07-09 ·

A method for relaxing muscles and reducing tension in a human body based on neurohematologic diversion (NHD) which intends to reverse the flows of the neurological and vascular systems to effect changes in the musculoskeletal system. Neurological diversion occurs by interrupting the central nervous system's (CNS) autonomic sympathetic neurological flow to muscles of the axial spine and extremities. Vascular diversion occurs as the participant performs contractions using a most minimal force level in axial or peripheral muscle groups, which are neurologically linked to those in the hands and face to promote the shunting of blood to said muscle groups. The method is termed as Low Motion Method (LMM) that enables the participant to use inherent physiological processes to relax muscles and remove muscular tension in the human body.

Leg and hip exercise device and method

In general, a user performs an exercise for strengthening and hip muscles by pulling the legs toward the chest and pushing them outward with the pelvis as an axis, as shown in FIG. 1. Also, in a general bicycle, since a high hip motion range is limited to a rotation radius of a crank connected to a bicycle pedal, as shown in FIG. 2, the user's exercise is repeatedly performed only in a relatively small space when compared to the high hip motion range, and thus exercise efficiency in utilization of and hip muscles is limited.

Accordingly, the present applicant's former disclosure was configured to increase the high hip motion range and direction by enabling a user to perform adduction as well as extension of the hip joints.

However, the former disclosure was configured to locate a pad of an exercise machine connected to a weight on his/her and pull his/her toward the chest and push them backward in a sitting, lying, or prone position. When the pad of an exercise machine connected to a weight is on his/her thigh, the force is smaller compared to the force when the pad of an exercise machine connected to a weight is on his/her ankle or sole.

Accordingly, the present disclosure is configured to locate the pad of an exercise machine connected to a weight on his/her ankle or sole of the user. The exercise method and the exercise device improve the exercise effect of strengthening leg and hip muscles by changing location of the pad of an exercise machine connected to a weight from his/her to his/her ankle or sole.
