VEHICLE ENGINE FLUSHING MACHINE WITH HEATING AND REVERSE FLOW

A fluid flushing machine for a vehicle engine component uses a pre-heated cleaner/fluid to increase the effectiveness of the cleaning procedure and reduce the time needed to clean the component. The invention is designed to clean air charged coolers, EGR valves, EGR coolers, and other components that over time have become contaminated with carbon build up, oil, and debris. The machine of the present invention has the option to direct heated cleaning fluid through the vehicle engine's cooling system to remove carbon build up, oil, and debris in the vehicle's EGR valve and cooler component. The machine of the present invention is adapted to perform the operation in an engine-off condition by incorporating an integrated or external electronic device to open the vehicle's EGR valve to allow the cleaning fluid to flow through the engine while it is turned off.

A cleaning apparatus of a work machine for cleaning debris from a screen mounted to a door of an engine cooling assembly. The cleaning apparatus includes a duct extending along the screen and along a first side of the door. The duct includes a duct end located at the door. A vacuum assembly is configured to draw a vacuum through the duct, wherein the vacuum assembly is detachably connected with the duct end. An alignment mechanism includes an aligner that extends from the duct to a frame of the work machine. The alignment mechanism aligns the duct end with the vacuum assembly to provide a seal between the duct and the vacuum.

METHOD FOR FILLING A COOLING CIRCUIT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A COOLANT

The present invention relates to a method for filling a cooling circuit (2) of a motor vehicle (3) with a coolant (4). A simple filling of the cooling circuit (2) with coolant (4) and an increased operational safety are achieved in that the cooling circuit (2) is initially filled with ion-free water (13) and thereafter with a passivating agent (16), and wherein thereafter the cooling circuit (2) is rinsed with ion-free water (13) and subsequently filled with the coolant (4).

The invention, furthermore, relates to a system (1) for filling a cooling circuit (2) of a motor vehicle (3) with coolant (4).

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A GRILLE OF A WORK VEHICLE

A system for cleaning a grille of a work vehicle may include a grille defining an inner side facing towards an interior portion of a work vehicle and an outer side facing towards an exterior of the work vehicle. The system may further include a plurality of nozzles fixed relative to the grille and being directed towards the inner side of the grille. Additionally, the system may include a pressurized fluid source configured to supply pressurized fluid to the plurality of nozzles. The pressurized fluid received by the plurality of nozzles is expelled from the plurality of nozzles and directed through the grille.

COOLING APPARATUS FOR COOLING A FLUID BY MEANS OF SURFACE WATER
