Wall mounted exercise rack system
A retractable wall mounted exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The retractable wall mounted exercise rack system generally includes one or more brackets attached to a wall, a pair of support members, and a plurality of arms pivotally extending from the brackets and pivotally connecting to the support members. One or more actuators are connected between the brackets and the arms to assist in lifting the structure into a compact retracted position for storage.
Massage device for tilting inversion exerciser
A tilting inversion exerciser includes a carrier pivotally attached to a supporting stand for mounting a supporting table and for supporting a user, the supporting table includes a number of grooves, and a massage member is engaged with either of the grooves of the supporting table for attaching to the supporting table and for selectively engaging with the user to selectively massage the user. The massage member includes a catch engageable through the grooves of the supporting table for attaching to the supporting table, the catch is coupled to the massage member with a reduced neck member. The catch includes a length (L) greater than the width (D) of the grooves of the supporting table for engaging with the supporting table.

Pole vault swing-up rack
A pole vault swing-up rack includes a frame body with upper hooks and a lower push bracket. The rack is designed to hang vertically from a horizontal baras a pull-up barby the hooks. An athlete hanging from the pull-up bar in an upright vertical position may kick his/her legs and torso up to an inverted vertical position to simulate movement of a pole vault. The athlete's shoulders rest against vertical uprights of the rack to maintain the athlete's shoulders and body in front of a vertical plane as in a pole vault movement. A trainer can use the lower push bracket to assist the athlete in the kicking motion. The parts of the rack that come into contact with the athlete may be covered in foam padding and a rubber coating.

Flexible Ankle-Based Inversion Device
This document presents a design for an ankle-based inversion device which can be constructed entirely from webbing. All individual design components are described in detail, and complete instructions for use and assembly are provided.
Hookless ankle-based inversion device
A device for performing ankle-based inversion therapy, based on the method established by gravity boots. The device includes a mounting component at its top which enables attachment to support bars, while the primary loop of the device is adjustable in size and conforms to the ankle. A handle and extension are used to enter the inverted posture and to open the primary loop upon exit. Grip loops on the outside of the primary loop are used to manipulate the device with opposite toes during use.
