PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A method of exercising includes positioning a foot of a user onto a pedal of an exercise device. The pedal is pivotably connected to a pair of supports forming a triangular base and has a neutral position relative to a pivot axis of the device. The method includes applying a first force to the pedal to rotate the pedal about the pivot axis in a first direction, toward a first support. The method includes resisting movement of the pedal toward the first support with a resistance mechanism of the device. The method includes applying a second force to the pedal to rotate the pedal about the pivot axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction, toward a second support and away from the first support. The method includes resisting movement of the pedal toward the second support with the resistance mechanism of the device.
FOLDABLE GOAL FRAME
A goal frame for a goal apparatus the goal frame including a crossbar member, a first and a second goalpost member, a support member, and a rotatable attachment member. Respective ends of the crossbar member are attached to, or are operable to attach to, a respective end of the first and second goal post members to form a goal face. The attachment of the respective end of the crossbar member to the end of the first goal post member forms a crossbar-goalpost corner portion of the goal face. The rotatable attachment member is attached to, or is operable to attach to, the goal face adjacent to the crossbar-goalpost corner portion. The rotatable attachment member is attached to, or is operable to attach to, an end of the support member. The rotatable attachment member is operable to rotate about the part of the goal face to which it is attached from a first position in which the attached support member extends outwardly from the goal face to a second position in which the attached support member extends along substantially the same plane as the goal face.
LOW MASS TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE SYSTEM
A lightweight trampoline enclosure system has a bed subsystem and an enclosure subsystem. The enclosure subsystem comprises netting suspended from a plurality of flexible poles. Upon a jumper's impact into the surrounding enclosure subsystem, the energy of the jumper's impact is absorbed and distributed outward and away from the location of impact and into the trampoline bed subsystem.
Portable devices for exercising muscles in the ankle, foot, and/or leg, and related methods
A portable exercise device includes a pedal pivotably connected to a pair of supports. The pedal has a neutral position relative to a pivot axis. The pedal is configured to rotate about the pivot axis in a first direction toward one support and in a second direction, opposite the first direction, toward the other support. The exercise device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to exert a force on the pedal about the pivot axis in a direction opposite to the respective direction of rotation of the pedal about the pivot axis. The device is movable between an open, in-use configuration, where the pedal is disposed in the neutral position to receive a foot of a user and the pair of supports together form a triangular base, and a closed configuration, where the pair of supports are flush against the pedal.

PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A portable exercise device includes a first body and a second body. The exercise device also includes a support structure pivotably connecting the first and second bodies. The support structure is configured to move between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to resist movement of the first and second bodies toward one another when the support structure is in the engaged position. When the support structure is in the engaged position, the first body is positioned substantially parallel to the second body such that in a first open, in-use configuration of the device, the first body has a first neutral position relative to a pivot axis and in a second open, in-use configuration of the device, the second body has a second neutral position relative to the pivot axis.

Flick Football Game Board and Method of Playing
A finger flicking football game board comprises a planar table surface having a plurality of apertures, each aperture designed to hold a beer pong-sized cup, and a pair of goal posts at a rear end of the planar table surface through which a miniaturized football must be flicked for scoring as an extra point AFTER the miniaturized football has been flicked from a first planar table surface into one of the cups in the apertures of an opposing player's planar table surface. A method of playing this finger flicking football game, preferably to 42 points or greater, is also disclosed.
TRAINING DEVICE WITH COLLAPSIBLE ARMS
A training device including a hub, at least one elastic cord, and at least two arms. The hub including an upper side, a lower side, and a plurality of ports. The at least one elastic cord extending from the hub and is accessible via at least one of the plurality of ports. The at least two arms extending from the hub and are configured to move relative to the hub. The training device is configured to assume (i) a closed state wherein the at least two arms both extend downwardly from the lower side of the hub and (ii) an open state wherein the at least two arms extend laterally outwardly from the hub between the upper side and the lower side of the hub. The at least one elastic cord biases the at least two arms in the open state.
Collapsible net assembly
A collapsible catch assembly includes a box having a front wall, a rear wall, a left sidewall, a right sidewall, a bottom wall, and a lid collectively defining a hollow interior, wherein the lid is movable between an open position for allowing access to the hollow interior and a closed position for limiting access to the hollow interior; at least two support poles pivotably mounted within the hollow interior of the box; and a catch device supported on and extending between the at least two support poles. The at least two support poles and the catch device are collapsible to fit within the hollow interior of the box and extensible to extend out of the hollow interior of the box and define a catch area extending upwardly from the box.
