The first ball rod is configured to rotate about the rotation axis of the axle and when the first ball rod rotates about the rotation axis of the axle, the first practice ball contacts the brake to slow rotation of the first ball rod.

A compact high resistance fitness device for superior independent exercising or individual rehabilitation is disclosed including a platform base plate having at least one pivotally mounted resistance module attached to the platform base plate, where the at least one resistance module has an independent user-selectable resistance setting with incremental resistance force ranges of from about 5 pounds up to 500 pounds. The resistance module includes a pull cord coil storage spool configured to wrap and unwrap a pull cord of a small diameter, high-strength pull cord emanating from the resistance module. The high strength pull cord terminates at its outer end by a handle, such as a hand/foot receptacle, with a length sufficient to allow pull strokes of up to fifty feet or more, with as much weight resistance as a user could want in a compact and portable unit, capable of being taken anywhere for use. Of special interest is that the fitness device may include sensors and other means for collecting data and relaying that data to a smartphone, a computer, the cloud or any other device for display and processing.

Exercise apparatus

A treadmill includes a treadmill frame, an endless belt, and a restricting device. The restricting device has a first strap member and a second strap member located above the endless belt. Each of the first strap member and the second strap member has a first end and a second end. The first end of the first strap member is connected to a right side of the treadmill frame, and the first end of the second strap member is connected to a left side of the treadmill frame. The second end of the first strap member is operable to be removably connected to the second end of the second strap member. The restricting device is configured to constrain a position of a user on the endless belt when the second end of the first strap member is connected to the second end of the second strap member.

The hinge unit is coupled to a second end of the telescoping unit. The locking mechanism is adjustably coupled to the hinge. The handlebar is coupled to the hinge a center region thereof such that opposing longitudinal distal ends of the handlebar are spaced from the hinge unit. Further, the handlebar is rotatable between: a first position, where the handlebar extends substantially perpendicular relative to the telescoping unit, and a second position, where the handlebar extends substantially parallel relative to the telescoping unit.

The resent disclosure provides a treadmill, including a chassis, stand columns mounted at both sides of the chassis, a deck rotatably mounted on the chassis and configured to rotate relative to the chassis to a longitudinal direction or a horizontal direction, a handrail assembly rotatably mounted on the stand columns and configured to rotate relative to the stand columns to a folded state or an unfolded state, and a controller configured to control rotation of the deck and the handrail assembly. The controller is configured to control the deck to rotate to the longitudinal direction when the controller controls the handrail assembly to rotate relative to the stand columns to be in the folded state, and control the handrail assembly to rotate relative to the stand columns to be in the unfolded state when the controller controls the deck to rotate from the longitudinal direction to the horizontal direction.

A golf club brush is disclosed, the golf club brush includes a brush coupled to a carrier, the carrier being disposed within a housing. The carrier is configured to translate along a housing channel of the housing to be in either a retracted state or an expanded state via a spring disposed therein. In some embodiments, the golf club brush has a detachable brush-element configured to detachably couple to the carrier by a brush fastener. In some embodiments, bristles of the brush element form an angle relative to the carrier. In some embodiments, the carrier forms an angle relative to the housing. Such angles decrease a likelihood of a golf club making contact with an unintended portion of the golf club brush.

Retractable gaff guard

A retractable gaff guard which can be attached to a climber for use in protecting the gaff of a climber. A small retractable reel attached to a gaff guard via a cord woundable in an out of a housing of the reel that can attach on the outside of the leg iron of a climber. The cord is moveable between a retracted position and an extended position. Attached to the cord is a protective body that has a cavity which is dimensioned to receive a gaff of a climber.
