A non-transitory recording medium storing an information processing program executable by a computer to perform processing, the processing comprising: acquiring a sound signal collected by a microphone provided in a venue including a skating rink, and a first video obtained by photographing a competitor on the skating rink; estimating a takeoff-from-ice time and a landing-on-ice time of a jump performed by the competitor according to a silencing and a return of an ice sound based on the sound signal; and synchronizing time information of the sound signal with time information of the first video, and specifying each of a location corresponding to the takeoff-from-ice time and a location corresponding to the landing-on-ice time in a trajectory of a location of the competitor on the skating rink based on the first video.

Golf course route guiding system
11520352 · 2022-12-06 · ·

A golf course route guiding system includes a controller disposed on a vehicle and having a memory module, a positioning module, and a processing module. The memory module stores a field information of a golf course and a plurality of movement zones set corresponding to the field information. Each movement zone has a route range. The positioning module provides a location signal indicating a current location of the vehicle. The processing module receives the location signal and determines the movement zone in which the vehicle is located, and assigns a route range set in the corresponding movement zone, which is sent to the processing module, so that the processing module limits the vehicle to move in the assigned route range. When the vehicle enters another movement zone, the processing module reassigns a route range, achieving a dynamic route adjustment function.

Electronic home plate

An electronic home plate system includes a home plate enclosure and at least one image sensor system disposed within the enclosure, each image sensor system including an image sensor, a lens and a first processor. The first processor is adapted to detect a motion of a ball by continuously capturing frames from the image sensor. The detected motion includes the ball passing over the home plate enclosure or the ball passing near and not over the home plate enclosure.

Interactive exercise apparatus

An interactive exercise apparatus for guiding a user to perform exercises includes a frame, a mirror, a display device, a driving mechanism, a determination unit, and a control unit. The mirror is movably mounted on the frame and configured to reflect an image of the user. The display device is disposed on a backside of the mirror and visible through the mirror. The driving mechanism is mounted between the frame and the mirror for electrically driving the mirror to move with respect to the frame. The determination unit is configured to determine location or posture of the user who performing the exercise. The control unit is operable to control the driving mechanism according to the location or posture of the user identified by the determination unit so as to control the mirror to move to a suitable position where the user can see their reflected image.

TREADMILL WITH SAFETY MONITORING FUNCTION AND SAFETY MONITORING METHOD FOR TREADMILL
20220379168 · 2022-12-01 ·

A treadmill with a safety monitoring function includes a running unit and a detection unit. The running unit includes a driving roller and a running belt for a runner to stand and run thereon. The detection unit includes a sensor for detecting whether the runner exists at a predefined height on the running belt. The detection unit can be moved to change the predefined height. A safety monitoring function for a treadmill includes adjusting a height of the sensor, detecting whether the runner exists at the predefined height above the running belt, and generating a first monitoring output. Through detecting whether the runner exists at the predefined height, it determines whether the driving roller can be driven by the driving unit to prevent accidental activation by a child. Since the detection unit can be moved to change the predefined height, it allows the use by runners of different body shapes.

Pitch Training Device With Clear Spherical Caps

A pitch training ball includes a center portion, a first cap, and a second cap. The center portion is opaque and has a first planar surface at a first end thereof, and a second planar surface at a second end thereof opposite to the first end. The first cap portion has a first base that is adjacent to the first planar surface. The second cap portion has a second that is adjacent to the second planar surface. The first cap, the center portion, and the second cap cooperate to define a baseball shape. The first and second caps are transparent to translucent.

System and method for improving a basketball player's shooting through a shots-made challenge

Systems and methods for assisting a user with creating a custom shots-made basketball practice arrangement are provided. A detector detects made basketball shots. A user interface receives a user selection of a subset of pass receipt locations for a custom shots-made basketball practice arrangement located about a basketball playing surface. A control system receives data indicating the user selection and a number of shots to be made and commands an ejector to launch basketballs to a particular one of the pass receipt locations in the subset until data is received indicating that the selected number of shots to be made are made at the particular one of said plurality of pass receipt locations, cease launching the basketballs to the particular one of the pass receipt locations, and begins launching basketballs to a second particular one of the pass receipt locations in said subset.

Compact ball launching system and associated methods
11590400 · 2023-02-28 · ·

This disclosure relates to a relatively compact smart ball launching system and associated methods for using the same. In various embodiments, the disclosed ball launching system may comprise a collapsible ball hopper that can store a larger number of balls while maintaining a relatively compact size. In certain embodiments, brushless motors may be used to improve power efficiency while allowing for accurate launch speeds and/or spins. In some embodiments, a pre-launch chamber may be included in a ball dispensing mechanism that may facilitate on-demand shots and/or power savings by shutting the ball launching system down when the ball hopper is empty. In further embodiments, the ball launching system may be controlled, at least in part, via a mobile device. In some implementations, the ball launching system may include and/or otherwise interface with a camera system to facilitate improved calibration and/or record user actions.

SCATTERED OBJECT COLLECTION SYSTEM
20230053895 · 2023-02-23 ·

Provided is a highly reliable, cost-effective scattered object collection system that can efficiently collect scattered objects by reducing unnecessary traveling of a traveling collector. The scattered object collection system includes a traveling collector that performs a collecting operation by picking up balls B while traveling in a work area W, sets a virtual work area Z (or a virtual priority work area Za) to an area in the work area W where balls are relatively densely present and in the vicinity of the storage space of balls, and allows the traveling collector to perform a collecting operation in the virtual work area Z (or the virtual priority work area Za) with higher priority than the other areas.
