Device for Displaying in Response to a Sensed Motion
A device includes a signaling means and a motion sensor, and logic for activating or controlling the signaling means in response to a sensed motion according to an embedded logic. The device may be used as a toy, and may be shaped like a play ball or as a handheld unit. It may be powered from a battery, either chargeable from an AC power source directly or contactless by using induction or by converting electrical energy from harvested kinetic energy. The embedded logic may activate or control the signaling means, predictably or randomly, in response to sensed acceleration magnitude or direction, such as sensing the crossing of a preset threshold or sensing the peak value. The visual means may be a numeric display for displaying a value associated with the count of the number of times the threshold has been exceeded or the peak magnitude of the acceleration sensed.
WEDGE GOLF CLUB FITTING SYSTEM
A system and methods of fitting golf clubs, and more particularly, the systems and methods related to wedge type golf clubs, having multiple sole configurations and/or bounce angles. More specifically, the present invention is directed to system and methods that enable a player to quantify the performance of the golf club's sole interaction with the ground and to determine the sole configuration and bounce angle that provides the most optimal shot performance.
TRAINING METHOD, TRAINING SYSTEM AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A training method, training system and non-transitory computer-readable medium are provided in this disclosure. The training method includes the following operations: receiving a training script; wherein the training script includes at least one training stage corresponding to a timeline, and a training time and a training goal corresponding to the least one training stage; generating a voice information according to the training script, and outputting the voice information by an audio outputting unit; receiving a physiological signal sensed by a physiological signal sensor in the at least one training stage, and analyzing the physiological signal utilized an analyzing module to obtain an analysis result; and determining whether the analysis result meets the training goal corresponding to the at least one training stage; if not, outputting a voice reminding by the audio outputting unit.
Method of Coaching an Athlete Using Wearable Body Monitors
A method of providing coaching or teaching a training regimen, trick shot, athletic motion, workout program, ergonomic trade secret. The method of providing coaching information by a user at a remote location to another user at another remote location via digital communication. The coaching information is obtained from sensors worn on the body of an athlete. The sensors provide both biomechanics and physiological data. The sensors provide data to a server that can analyze the movement of the athlete. The analyze data can be stored and labeled. The data can then be accessed for display on another users preferred device. The user can then attempt the motion and will receive biofeedback from the sensors worn.
Exercise Apparatus
A body exercise apparatus comprising: a torso band; at least one first protuberance member disposed on the torso band; an appendage band; at least one second protuberance member disposed on the appendage band; at least one first sensor associated with the torso band; at least one second sensor associated with the appendage band; at least one resistance cable having one end removably attached between the at least one first protuberance member and the at least one second protuberance member.
WEIGHTED WRIST BAND ASSEMBLY
A weighted wrist band assembly includes a band that is wearable around a cuff of a boxing glove when the boxing glove is worn for boxing training. A strap is coupled to the band and the strap is matable to the band such that the band and the strap form a closed loop around the cuff of the boxing glove. A grip is coupled to the band and the grip is unrestrained when the band and strap are worn around the boxing glove. Thus, a trainee can manipulate the grip when the trainee is wearing boxing gloves. A flexible weight is positioned within the band for increasing a weight of the boxing glove thereby enhancing strength training and endurance training when the boxing glove is worn.
Monitoring and tracking athletic activity
Tracking and monitoring athletic activity offers individuals with additional motivation to continue such behavior. An individual may track his or her athletic activity by completing goals. These goals may be represented by real-world objects such as food items, landmarks, buildings, statues, other physical structures, toys and the like. Each object may correspond to an athletic activity goal and require an amount of athletic activity to complete the goal. For example, a donut goal object may correspond to an athletic activity goal of burning 350 calories. The user may progress from goal object to goal object. Goal objects may increase in difficulty (e.g., amount of athletic activity required) and might only be available for selection upon completing an immediately previous goal object, a number of goal objects, an amount of athletic activity and the like.
Adjustable knob assembly for a ball bat
An adjustable knob assembly for a ball bat having a tubular handle portion extending about a longitudinal axis. The assembly includes a base and an annular knob. The base includes an end wall and a cylindrical outer wall extending from the end wall. The outer wall is configured to be fixedly coupled to a proximal end of the handle portion of the bat. The outer wall includes a first set of interlocking structure. The annular knob includes an inner radial surface defining a central opening. The inner radial surface includes a second set of interlocking structure. The first and second sets of interlocking structure are positionable between at least a first locked knob position and a second locked knob position.
Facilitation of interactive exercise system
A more efficient exercise system can be facilitated by interactive components. The interactive components can communication with mobile devices, users, server devices, weight lifting machines, etc. The interactive components can also generate exercise data and provide prompts to a user to facilitate a more efficient workout. Additionally, third-parties can receive user workout data and manipulate exercise equipment remotely to assist a user in attaining his or her goals.
Screen baseball system, hole opening and closing apparatus and ball pitching apparatus utilized thereby, and method for controlling pitching of screen baseball system
A screen baseball system includes: a screen portion arranged in front of a batter's box and having a pitching hole allowing a pitched ball to pass therethrough; a ball pitching device arranged behind the screen portion to pitch a ball toward the batter's box through the pitching hole; and a hole opening/closing device configured to operate to close the pitching hole when the ball pitching device does not pitch the ball and to open the pitching hole when the ball pitching device pitches the ball.
