Sensor unit and motion detection device
A sensor unit includes a sensor section adapted to detect a motion, and an announcement section adapted to announce a state of an output signal of the sensor section.
MOTION DETECTING DEVICE AND MOTION ANALYZING SYSTEM
A motion detecting device includes an electronic component (a sensor) including a sensor section that detects motion on the basis of a detection result of an electronic device functioning as a detection element that detects magnetism and a holding tool attached to a golf club functioning as a moving body, the holding tool including fitting sections functioning as a fixing section that fixes the electronic component (the sensor). A magnetic body is provided in the holding tool.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, MOTION DETECTION SENSOR, MOTION DETECTION DEVICE, AND MOTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM
An exercise equipment includes an exercise equipment unit and a sensor attachment unit for the attachment of a motion detection sensor that detects the motion of the exercise equipment unit. The exercise equipment unit and the sensor attachment unit are integrally provided. The sensor attachment unit includes a second fitting portion that is fitted into a first fitting portion provided in the motion detection sensor.
SWING ANALYSIS APPARATUS, SWING ANALYSIS SYSTEM, SWING ANALYSIS METHOD, SWING ANALYSIS PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND SWING DISPLAY APPARATUS
A swing analysis apparatus includes an acquisition portion that acquires time-series data regarding positions of a portion moved due to a swing, a projection portion that projects the time-series data onto a virtual plane specified by a first axis along a target hit ball direction and a second axis along a longitudinal direction of an exercise equipment before the swing is started, a division portion that divides the projected time-series data into a plurality of sections, and a fitting portion that fits the time-series data to a circular arc for each section, and calculates at least one of a center and a radius of the circular arc for each section.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, SYSTEM, METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An electronic apparatus includes a presentation portion that presents a ratio between a length of a trajectory of a predetermined portion of an exercise equipment and a length of a portion of the trajectory included in a predetermined region in a predetermined period of a swing, or presents a ratio between the predetermined period of the swing and time for which the predetermined portion of the exercise equipment is included in the predetermined region in the predetermined period.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, SYSTEM, METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An electronic apparatus includes a presentation portion that divides each of time-series data items regarding a plurality of swings of an exercise equipment into sections of a predetermined number, and presents a variation between the time-series data items in the swings for each section.
Golf club simulation apparatus
A golf club simulation apparatus includes an elongate shaft housing having opposed lower and upper ends and defining an interior area. A club head member is coupled to the lower end of the shaft housing. A battery is situated in one of the club head member and the shaft housing. An input member configured to receive club selection data is coupled to an outer surface of the shaft housing and electrically connected to the battery. A mass variability assembly is electrically connected to the input member and includes a weight member situated in the shaft housing that is selectively movable therein according to the club selection data. An electronics module having an angular sensing sensor is situated in the club head member. A bend variability assembly is included in the shaft housing for selectively altering a feel characteristic of the shaft housing during a swing motion.
METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING DATA BETWEEN DIFFERENT TYPES OF DEVICES AND DATA PROCESSING DEVICE FOR GENERATING SYNCHRONIZED DATA
Provided is a method for synchronizing data between different types of devices for collecting and processing data with respect to a moving object, comprising: sampling first type data with respect to a motion of the object from one device; sampling second type data with respect to a motion of the object from another device having a larger sampling interval than the device; and generating data corresponding to a sampling time of the first type data by combining second type data respectively sampled before and after the sampling time of the first type data in a sampling interval of the second type data, to generate data synchronized with the sampling time of the first type data with respect to the second type data.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRACKING, COLLECTING, AND ANALYZING USER DATA FOR GYMS
Systems and methods are provided for tracking, collecting, or analyzing user data for gyms. For example, the system can include a mobile device associated with a user and a tracking device attached to an exercise device. The tracking device can be configured to detect when the mobile device or the user enters within a proximity value of the tracking device and notify the mobile device with a notification signal and identification information of the exercise device. The mobile device can be configured to receive the notification signal from the tracking device, detect a received signal strength (RSS) of the notification signal, and determine whether the RSS is above or at a pre-determined threshold. When the RSS is above or at the pre-determined threshold, the mobile device records the identification information of the exercise device. When the RSS is below the pre-determined threshold, the mobile device ignores the notification signal.
Golf club shaft fitting method
A fitting method, of a shaft of a golf club, for selecting a shaft having a torque matching a golfer based on a swing of the golfer. The method includes the steps of obtaining measurement values from a sensor attached to a grip of the golf club and capable of measuring angular velocities about three axes when a golf ball is hit by the golf club; obtaining a predetermined index value for the angular velocities quantified from the measurement values; and selecting a shaft matching the golfer from among multiple shafts whose torques have been measured in advance, based on a relationship established through test-hitting performed in advance between the index value and a torque of a shaft.
