Method and System of Movement
An exercise system and method for assisting people with health conditions, including chronic conditions, during exercise, in reducing their discomfort, and without exacerbating their ailment, be it injury or other health condition, and potentially improving their condition and/or health. The present invention relates to methods and systems that reduce moment, shear, compression, tension, pressure, stress, impact, and the like. The present invention relates to a method and system of movement that can be performed by any individual including healthy individuals, as well as those individuals with health challenges, and that can also be performed from a chair, for example, or in a pool. The present invention may include the use of devices to assist with this movement methodology and system.
Sports simulator and simulation method
A sports simulator calculates spin of a sports object using image analysis. A velocity vector is also calculated. These are combined to produce a predicted future trajectory of the sports object. In one embodiment, the sports object is a golf ball and the sports simulator simulates golf.
Enclosure and mount for motion capture element
Enables coupling or retrofitting a golf club with active motion capture electronics that are battery powered, passive or active shot count components, for example a passive RFID, and/or a visual marker on the cap for use with visual motion capture cameras. Does not require modifying the golf club. Electronics package and battery can be easily removed and replaced, for example without any tools. May utilize a weight that is removed when inserting the electronic package in the mount, wherein the weight element may have the same weight as an electronics package, for no net change or minimal change in club weight. May be implemented with a shaft enclosure and expander that may be coupled with a screw aligned along an axis parallel to the axis of the shaft. May utilize non-permanently and/or friction coupling between the mount and shaft. Cap may include a visual marker and/or logo.
BALANCE BOARD FITNESS TRAINING DEVICE
A balance board fitness training device is provided. The fitness training device may include a deck having a top surface, a bottom surface, and opposing first and second side edges and opposing front and rear longitudinal edges together forming a perimeter of the deck; at least one wheel bracket structure positioned below the deck, the at least one wheel bracket structure rotatably supporting at least two wheels and configured so as to be movable relative to the deck about a pivot line at least partially extending between the opposing first and second side edges of the deck; and at least one resilient member connected to the at least one wheel bracket structure and the deck.
Multi-Head, Multi-Abdomen, Multi-Armed Apparatus For Use With A Slip And Counter Fight Simulation / Workout Machine Or Stand Alone Device For Fight Simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
A system and method for customizing biomechanical wearable sensors can include a customizable biomechanical processing layer, activity model layer, and/or device communication and processing management. The system and method can include monitoring biomechanical signals at a first set of wearable sensors configured in an initial biomechanical processing configuration; selecting a configuration option for the first set of wearable sensors; delivering the configuration option to the at least one wearable sensor; and monitoring biomechanical signals according to an altered biomechanical processing configuration that is altered according to the configuration option.
Smart sport device
An Internet of Thing (IoT) sport device includes a light source; sensors including a camera and a microphone array; a processor coupled to the light source and the sensor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor.
IMAGING CONTROL METHOD, IMAGING CONTROL APPARATUS, IMAGING CONTROL SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM
An imaging control method, an imaging control apparatus, an imaging control system, and a program, capable of automatically controlling imaging in conjunction with a user's swing action. An imaging control method includes an imaging control step of generating a control signal for causing an imaging apparatus to perform at least one of starting and stopping of imaging, and changing of an imaging condition in a case where a first state regarding a swing action of a user is detected.
Adjustable Double End Bag
A vertically adjustable double end bag system includes a double end bag connected to a tether. The tether may be a continuous cord o two connected cords, and may be flexible or substantially fixed length. The double end bag includes an adjuster mechanism for selectively positioning the bag. A support, such as may be connected to a door or other upright fixture or as may be free-standing via a base, connects to and suspends the tether.
System and Method for a Motion Sensing Device which Provides a Visual or Audible Indication
A device includes a signaling means and a motion sensor, and logic for activating or controlling the signaling means in response to a sensed motion according to an embedded logic. The device may be used as a toy, and may be shaped like a play ball or as a handheld unit. It may be powered from a battery, either chargeable from an AC power source directly or contactless by using induction or by converting electrical energy from harvested kinetic energy. The embedded logic may activate or control the signaling means, predictably or randomly, in response to sensed acceleration magnitude or direction, such as sensing the crossing of a preset threshold or sensing the peak value. The visual means may be a numeric display for displaying a value associated with the count of the number of times the threshold has been exceeded or the peak magnitude of the acceleration sensed.
