Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to systems, methods, and computer-readable media configured to autonomously generate personalized recommendations for a user before, during, or after a round of golf. The systems and methods can utilize course data, environmental data, user data, and/or equipment data in conjunctions with one or more machine learning algorithms to autonomously generate the personalized recommendations.
Method and Apparatus for Analysis of Gait and to Provide Haptic and Visual Corrective Feedback
A system for analysis of user gait and to provide correction in form of haptic and visual feedback. This system comprises a motion and force sensors and a haptic actuator embedded in the user shoe insoles in communication with a smart-phone based analysis application, configured to calculate motion and orientation of the user feet in relation to the value, location and distribution of ground reaction forces measured by sensors located in the shoe insoles and after analysis of said forces and motion, to provide haptic feedback to the user foot instructing about the location (and timing) of pressure the user must apply to achieve an optimal gait.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
Four striking panels having wireless sensors are arranged such that at least one striking panel is: in front of an athlete, behind the athlete, to the right of the athlete, and to the left of the athlete. A display is situated in front of the athlete. Randomly, a particular striking panel is presented on the display during an exercise routine. When the athlete strikes the appropriate corresponding panel based on detection of a wireless signal provided by the corresponding wireless sensor, a next randomly selected panel is presented on the display. This continues for a particular number of times or for a particular elapsed period of time. Response time metrics are retained for the routine and provided at the conclusion of routine.
Golf club and golf club head structures
A golf club head has a body defining a ball striking face. The body further has a first leg extending away from the ball striking face and a second leg extending away from the ball striking face wherein a void is defined between the first leg and the second leg. The body further defines a cover that extends over the void. The golf club head may further have support structures and adjustable weight members.
AUXILIARY APPARATUS FOR GOLF PUTTER
Provided is an auxiliary apparatus for a golf putter including a coupling member detachably coupled to a shaft of the golf putter and a guide light emitting device coupled to the coupling member and configured to emit a guide light to help golf putting. The coupling member includes a first coupling member opened at upper and lower portions and one side thereof and detachably coupled to the golf putter through the opened space, and a second coupling member extending from the first coupling member and opened at upper and lower portions thereof, the second coupling member being configured to accommodate the guide light emitting device through the opened space. The guide light emitting device includes a housing, a battery located at one side inside the housing and configured to supply a power for operating the guide light emitting device, a light emitting unit configured to emit a guide light based on the supplied power, and a control unit configured to select a light emitting mode and control the light emitting unit so that the guide light is emitted to correspond to the light emitting mode. The guide light emitting device is detachably coupled in the opened space formed in the second coupling member and has a cylindrical shape elongated vertically, and the guide light emitting device is inserted into the second coupling member to be rotatable therein.
Intelligent Exercise or Therapy Apparatus and Method
An intelligent exercise or therapy device one or more handles. The one or more handles include one or more accelerometers, one or more gyroscopes or directional sensors, one or more magnetometers, to capture multi-axis angular measurements, the one or more accelerometers to capture velocity or acceleration measurements; one or more pressure sensors or strain gauges to capture grip strength measurements; and one or more wireless communication transceivers to transmit the captured multi-axis measurements, the captured grip strength measurements and the captured velocity or acceleration measurements to a computing device; and one or more connectors, the one or more connectors to connect the one or more handles to an end of an exercise band or an end of a barbell.
Exercise Device to Promote, Measure and Analyze Leg Movements While Seated
A seated exercise system is provided having a pair of sliders devices, each slider device including a body portion having a continuous side wall and a support surface. The support surface is sized and shaped to receive a foot of a user. A floor portion configured to slide on a floor surface during operation is provided. A grip portion is attached to the support surface, wherein the grip portion is constructed from a traction material providing traction to the foot during operation. Motion tracking components configured to detect movement data of the foot and during operation are provided. At least one slider of the pair of floor sliders is configured to communicate the detected movement data to the other slider; and, wherein at least one slider of the pair of floor sliders includes a wireless communication device configured to send the detected movement data a computerized device such that the detected movement data is available to the user.
Physical Education Kinematic Motor Skills Testing System
Disclosed herein is a system for testing motor skills involved in locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative activities. The system utilizes joint data created by a motion sensor during a subject's performance of an activity to determine the subject's motor skill proficiency for that activity. The system compares the subject's joint data to benchmark data to detect one or more phases of the activity. Based on the comparison, the system also determines the subject's proficiency in the particular motor skill tested. The system is embodied in a computer-implemented application that provides various user interfaces for navigating through the user interfaces, accessing a database of the system, testing a subject's motor skills, analyzing a subject's proficiency, and facilitating practice of motor skills.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING OR ASSESSING PHYSICAL FITNESS FROM DISPARATE EXERCISE DEVICES AND ACTIVITY TRACKERS
Physical fitness assessment systems and methods and wellness assessment systems and methods are disclosed. One physical fitness assessment system includes an exercise device and a host computer. The exercise device is configured to track movement of the exercise device by a user, determine a current physical activity data of the user based on, at least, the tracked movement, and transmit the current physical activity data of the user. The host computer is configured to receive from the exercise device the current physical activity data of the user, receive a physical fitness assessment selection to apply to the current physical activity data, compare the current physical activity data against benchmark physical activity data correlated with the exercise device, determine a physical fitness assessment of the user, generate the physical fitness assessment image based on the physical fitness assessment of the user, and present the physical fitness assessment image.
Motion-Based Interface System
