Disclosed is a workout backpack that is capable of enabling a plurality of unique exercises for weight training, resistance training, and complete cardio conditioning. Suitably, the disclosed workout backpack includes built-in weight compartments, hookups for resistance bands, or rucking.
BASKETBALL TRAINING SYSTEM
An apparatus for securing a basketball includes a pole section; a claw assembly located at a first end of the pole section. The claw assembly includes a plurality of fingers extending axially and radially away from the first end of the pole section, wherein the fingers are sized and configured to extend over the outer surface of a basketball to secure the basketball within the fingers. A method of handling a basketball using the apparatus includes providing a basketball; and securing a basketball between the plurality of fingers. The method further includes wedging the basketball between a basketball rim and backboard while the basketball is secured between the plurality of fingers to maintain the basketball in a wedged position between the rim and backboard. A player may train and improve their basketball shooting ability by shooting the ball at the basket via the backboard to avoid the wedged ball.
Lighting system and method of using same with exercise and rehabilitation equipment
A treadmill includes a frame and a running belt coupled to the frame. The running belt is configured to rotate relative to the frame. The treadmill includes a controller coupled to the frame, and at least one sensor coupled to the controller. The at least one sensor is configured to collect information regarding a rotation of the running belt and a use of the treadmill by a user including a cadence, a ground contact time, and a stride length of the user of the treadmill. The treadmill further includes a display device coupled to the frame. The display device is configured to display the collected information regarding the rotation of the running belt, the cadence, the ground contact time, and the stride length of the user of the treadmill. At least one light source is configured to selectively emit a light regarding the treadmill.
Methods of playing and scoring a golf putting game
A golf putting game includes at least one putting green defining a putting surface and a plurality of putting cups disposed within the putting surface at a different location on the putting green. Each putting cup has an exterior housing and an interior core disposed within and removably attached to the exterior housing. The interior core is removable from the exterior housing with the putting cup disposed within the putting surface of the putting green. Each putting cup is illuminated by a different predetermined color and assigned a different predetermined number of base points corresponding to the predetermined color. A player score is determined from a number of putting strokes made by a player to putt a putting ball into the putting cup and the predetermined number of base points assigned to the putting cup.
Mobility assistance device
A mobility assistance apparatus includes first and second frames positioned on left and right sides of a user; a hinge arm mechanism coupled to the first and second frames; and a pivotable securing unit or a walking seat coupled to the frames to transfer at least a portion of the user's body weight from the legs and to transfer weight through the user's hip or pelvis to the first and second frame enabling the user to stand or work for an extended period without requiring the user's arms to hold the frame.

SWEAT ABSORBING DEVICE FOR BICYCLES
A sweat absorbing device includes at least one first strip which has a connection end, and the connection end is connected to a portion of the at least one first strip to form the at least one first strip as a loop. The at least one first strip is removably connected to the handlebar. A sweat absorbing pad has a top face for absorbing sweat, and a bottom face. The at least one first strip is removably connected to the bottom face of the sweat absorbing pad. The sweat absorbing pad can be adjusted relative to the stationary bike so as to properly absorb the rider's sweat.

The fixed and removable elements comprise of grips, adjustable straps, draggable surface, backpack straps, harness, connecting straps, adjustable internal straps with internal filler weights to use individually and/or as a complete set.

A workout mat for placement onto a workout apparatus is provided.
