20240203563 · 2024-06-20 · ·

Computer-implemented systems, methods, and tangible, non-transitory computer-readable media for detecting abnormal heart rhythms of a user performing treatment plan with an electromechanical machine. The system includes, in one embodiment, an electromechanical machine, and one or more processing devices. The electromechanical machine is configured to be manipulated by a user while the user is performing a treatment plan. The processing devices are configured to receive, while the user performs the treatment plan, measurements. The processing devices also configured to determine, using machine learning models, a probability that the measurements satisfy a threshold for a condition associated with an abnormal heart rhythm. The processing devices are further configured to perform preventative actions.

A computer-implemented system includes one or more processing devices configured to receive attribute data associated with a user, determine, based on the attribute data, a first probability of improving a medical condition of the user subsequent to at least one of a medical procedure being performed on the user, a medical treatment being performed on the user, and a medical diagnosis, and generate, based on the first probability, a treatment plan that includes one or more exercises directed to modifying the first probability. A treatment apparatus is configured to enable implementation of the treatment plan.

Systems and methods for electronically providing fitness activity feedback to a user are disclosed. The method may include collecting performance data, generating comparison data by comparing the respective performance and including identifying comparison performance data representative of performance differences, and displaying the comparison data and the comparison performance data.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR REDUCING HEAD OR NECK TRAUMA

Apparatus, systems, and methods are provided for the reduction of head or neck trauma in a living being by mitigating the acceleration experienced by the head, relative to the torso, during a change in motion; for example, creating a neck support that provides improved extension, compression, rotation, and bending properties to the neck in order to control the acceleration experienced by the head. The apparatus can be configured to create a neck support in which acceleration of the head, relative to the torso, is reduced with minimal structure, discomfort, and other potential downsides to the user of the apparatus.

INSTRUMENTED INTRA-ORAL APPLIANCE COMPUTATIONALLY DESIGNED FOR OPTIMIZED FITTING AND FUNCTIONALITY

An instrumented intra-oral appliance that has been designed computationally to optimize the location and coupling of sensors to optimize data integrity while maximizing comfort for the wearer. The 3D anatomical geometry can be collected directly with an intra-oral scanner or indirectly through an impression and scan of a dental stone model. A generalized design can be created to fit a target audience by obtaining 3D anatomical geometries of the target populations and performing a statistical shape analysis. Once the generalized design of the electronics is created, a unique design can be generated for each individual by locating the electronics such that they collect the best quality data possible. The individual designs can also be generated that maximize comfort for the wearer by minimizing size and volume, avoiding areas that could be painful, and ensuring proper retention of the device. Although not required, the device could be 3D printed to convert the computational design directly to an appliance.

APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING AND DISPLAYING PRE-EVENT AND POST-EVENT ANALYTE CONCENTRATION LEVELS

Embodiments of the invention provide apparatus, systems, and methods wherein pre-event and post-event analyte concentration readings associated with an event are collected and processed to determine a numerical delta. The numerical delta may be displayed on a visual display to aid in a ready determination of the affect that the event (alone or in combination with medication and/or insulin dosages) had on the analyte concentration levels. Medication and/or insulin dosages may be displayed alongside the numerical delta to gauge immediate relationships between numerical delta, dosage, and/or an associated event. Apparatus and systems for calculating and displaying the numerical delta are described, as are other aspects.
