Fuel injector for on-demand multi-fuel injection
A fuel injector has means to directly inject one type of fuel or two types of fuels collectively with fuel ratios on demand. Once being used as a single fuel injector, the injector can enable injection rate shaping. Once being used as a dual fuel injector, the injector can tailor fuel properties on demand. The fuel injector has the capability to enable tailored chemical and thermal-physical fuel properties to enable high efficiency clean combustion for different engine loads and speeds.
Injection control device
An injection control device includes an injector and a detection unit. The injector includes: an injection hole; a movable part; a seat portion; a valve housing; a magnetic field application unit; and a detection sensor. The movable part opens and closes the injection hole by reciprocal movement. The seat portion when seated by the movable part closes the injection hole, and when the movable part lifted therefrom opens the injection hole. The valve housing accommodates the movable part in a reciprocally movable manner. The magnetic field application unit is installed on an outer circumference of the valve housing and applies a magnetic field to the movable part and the valve housing. The detection sensor outputs a detection signal according to a size of a distance between the valve housing and the movable part.

FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes a nozzle, a housing, a needle, and a throttle portion. The nozzle includes an injection hole through which fuel is injected and a valve seat formed around the injection hole. The nozzle includes an injection hole through which fuel is injected and a valve seat formed around the injection hole. The housing has a fuel flow path through which the fuel to the injection hole flows. One end of the needle is configured to open and close the injection hole by being separated from the valve seat or abutted on the valve seat. The throttle portion is provided upstream with respect to the valve seat in a fuel flow direction.

METHOD AND SYSTEMS FOR A DIRECT FUEL INJECTION INJECTOR
A fuel injector includes an injector body with a fuel chamber configured to receive fuel from a fuel line, an injector tip provided at an end of the injector body, and one or more nozzle assemblies provided in the injector tip. The one or more nozzle assemblies have a fuel channel in fluid communication with the fuel chamber, a premixing tube fluidly connected to the fuel channel, and a port fluidly connected to the premixing tube. The premixing tube has an orifice providing an outlet for the injector tip.

Diesel fuel injector based on hollow spray structure induced by vortex cavitation in nozzle
A diesel fuel injector based on a hollow spray structure induced by vortex cavitation in a nozzle, including a needle valve, a nozzle body, a plurality of spray holes, and a sac chamber. An axis of the needle valve coincides with an axis of the nozzle body. The spray holes are evenly distributed on a head of the nozzle body, and each have a converging conical structure. An inlet end of the spray hole is communicated with the sac chamber. The sac chamber consists of a hemispherical cavity and a cylindrical cavity.

FUEL INJECTOR
An injector comprises a tubular nozzle body having a nozzle side, receiving a needle valve member, and an actuator side, receiving a tubular magnetic armature and receiving an armature side of a tubular pole piece above the magnetic armature, wherein the nozzle body and the pole piece are welded together through a seam weld line between an inner tubular surface of the actuator side of the tubular nozzle body and an outer tubular surface of the armature side of the pole piece. The actuator side of the tubular nozzle body comprises a constricted area while the outer surface of the armature side of the pole piece comprises a recessed area, the constricted area and the recessed area contacting each other at a level of the seam weld line and providing a friction area transmitting hydraulic load away from the seam weld line.
