Fuel Injection Valve
The disclosure relates to a fuel injection valve that includes a valve needle, a closing spring applying a spring force to the valve needle, which spring force loads the valve needle in the direction of a closing position, and an actuator assembly. A coil of the actuator assembly produces a magnetic force on a magnet armature of the actuator assembly such that, as the magnet armature travels toward a pole piece of the actuator assembly,. the magnet armature covers an idle stroke to a stop element of the valve needle and then carries the valve needle toward the pole piece. A spring constant of the closing spring and the magnetic force are matched such that the magnitude of the resultant force of the spring force and the magnetic force decreases with increasing distance of the valve needle from the closing positionand remains the same with increasing the distance.
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes: a holder which accommodates a valve body, has a surface magnetically facing the outer periphery of an armature, and is joined to a core; a housing which is press-fitted onto the outer periphery of the holder and accommodates a coil; and a cap which covers the fuel upstream side of the coil in a lid shape and is press-fitted onto the outer periphery of the core. The lower surface of the cap is brought into contact with the upper end surface of the housing in a radially slidable state and then an outer peripheral portion of a contact surface between the cap and the housing is joined by laser welding.

Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines
The invention relates to a fuel injection valve, comprising a nozzle body (1) and a pressure chamber (3) formed therein, wherein the pressure chamber (3) can be filled with fuel under high pressure and wherein a piston-shaped nozzle needle (5) is arranged in the pressure chamber so as to be movable longitudinally, which nozzle needle interacts with a nozzle seat (7) formed in the nozzle body (1) by means of a sealing surface (6) formed at the end of the nozzle needle on the combustion chamber side and thereby controls the flow of fuel from the pressure chamber (3) to at least one injection opening (8). A sleeve (12) accommodates the end of the nozzle needle (5) facing away from the nozzle seat and bounds a control chamber (20). By means of the pressure of the control chamber, a hydraulic force is applied to the nozzle needle (5) in the direction of the nozzle seat (7). A closing spring (16) is arranged in the control chamber (20). The closing spring is arranged between the sleeve (12) and the nozzle needle (5) under compressive preload.

FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes: a valve member; an anchor configured to be relatively displaceable in a valve opening-and-closing direction with respect to the valve member; a fixed core; a first spring biasing the valve member in a valve closing direction; a second spring biasing the anchor in the valve opening direction from an opposite side of the fixed core; and a third spring biasing the anchor in the valve closing direction from the fixed core side and has a biasing force smaller than a biasing force of the first spring and larger than a biasing force of the second spring where engagement portions are provided in both the anchor and the valve member to be engaged with each other when the anchor is displaced in the valve opening direction with respect to the valve member, thereby regulating the displacement of the anchor in the valve opening direction.
