A pump device for an internal combustion engine, having a high-pressure fuel pump for supplying fuel to a first injection device, having at least one low-pressure inlet, via which the fuel is fed to the high-pressure fuel pump from a low-pressure fuel pump, having at least one low-pressure outlet for conducting the fuel conveyed by the low-pressure fuel pump and fed via the low-pressure inlet to the high-pressure fuel pump out of the high-pressure fuel pump, and having at least one low-pressure port, for conducting fuel conveyed by the low-pressure fuel pump to a second injection device. At least one mixing region mixes the fuel flowing through the low-pressure outlet with fuel fed to the mixing region from the low-pressure fuel pump upstream of the high-pressure fuel pump. The low-pressure port is fluidically connected to the mixing region, and the low-pressure inlet is supplied with fuel from the mixing region.

Fuel injection assembly

The present disclosure relates in general to injectors and, more specifically, to a fuel injection assembly that may be used in an internal combustion engine. In some embodiments, a fuel injection assembly may include: a fuel injector with a fuel inlet port and a fuel outlet end; and an injector cup with a recess receiving the fuel inlet port of the fuel injector through an opening of the recess. The injector cup comprises a collar extending circumferentially around the opening. The injector cup comprises a tab extending longitudinally beyond the opening in a direction towards the fuel outlet end. The tab projects axially beyond the collar in a longitudinal direction towards the fuel outlet end. The fuel injector comprises a pocket receiving the tab.

VAPOR PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

A sensor adapter assembly configured to couple a vapor pressure sensor to a fuel tank includes a base housing configured to couple to the fuel tank, and an insert adapter coupled to the base housing. The insert adapter defines a sensor insertion aperture configured to provide fluid communication to a space inside the fuel tank. The insert adapter is configured to couple to the vapor pressure sensor such that at least a portion of the vapor pressure sensor extends through the sensor insertion aperture into the space inside the fuel tank.

An electronic fuel injection throttle body unit has a core body with two side components. The two side components each including a fuel delivery passage. Four air intake passages extending vertically through the throttle body. Valves are rotatable within the air intake passages. The valves being connected to valve shafts that rotate about respective valve shaft axes. The valve shaft axes and the fuel delivery passages are perpendicular to each other.

Piping connection structure

In a piping connection structure of a vehicle including: a throttle body connected to a power unit of the vehicle to adjust an intake air amount; a fuel injection device for injecting fuel to an intake passage including the throttle body; first pipings attached to the fuel injection device; and second pipings provided separately from the first pipings, and having end parts connected to the first pipings so as to intersect with the first pipings, a connection part between the first pipings and the second pipings has a long adjustment holes, which extend so as to allow adjustment of relative angles between the first pipings and the second pipings.

FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR ENGINE

A fuel supply system is provided, which supplies fuel to a longitudinal engine having a plurality of cylinders disposed in front-and-rear directions of a vehicle, and a side surface to which a mount member is coupled, the mount member fixing the engine to a vehicle frame. The system includes a fuel supply piping configured to guide fuel from a lower part of the engine to the plurality of cylinders located in an upper part of the engine. The fuel supply piping is disposed at least partially rearward of a front end of an engine auxiliary machine that is disposed rearward of the mount member and that has a higher rigidity than the mount member.
